    I will never order from this company again they just keep taking more money out of my bank account as well as my master card which Im cancelling both cards in the morning I thought they were in the states and why is my shipment coming from ***** then and I did order from winkflo not **** **** scammers I reported them

    Wish I looked at this before I ordered. I purchased back in October and still have not received my order. They sent me a message said they were backed up with orders but come on 3 months. I have sent several messages to get a phone number and no respond. This has made me not want to trust these sights on the internet. If I get my money back I will never order from them again and I will tell everyone about what they did. Please investigate the sight before you order. Thank you.

    Wish I would have checked this before I purchased! Waggy Pup is quick to take the money but never received a shipping notice, tracking number or the item! Reviews below all with a similar problems have responses from the seller claiming theyve fixed the problem but apparently they havent! Dont waste you time or money with this company Its a huge SCAM!

    This is not a legitimate company. It is a scam. Do not purchase anything from them. The ******************* which appears to be the state this fraudulent company operates out of should investigate and shut them down asap. Beware of waggypup as they will scam you out of all your money.

I understand that we were not able to provide you with the tracking numbers as soon as possible due to shipping system errors that we encountered in the first week of May. We always responded to your emails to make you feel that we are not a fraud or scam and that you will receive your order as soon as possible. Upon checking, you already received your order last June 8. I do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Rest assured that this incident will not happen again in the future.Thank you.
