Xzilon provides a coating that is supposed to protect your car's paint from damage. My car got bird droppings on it and the paint was discolored even though I cleaned it that day. I took the car in to ****** promptly but they were unable to do anything about the discoloration. I didn't have time to file a claim at the time with Xzilon, but when I did find the time, They denied my claim, because they said I only had 60 days to report it under the warranty. They do not make the terms of the warranty readily available. I could not find it anywhere on their website. When they emailed me about it, instead of sending me the entire warranty, they cut and pasted a couple lines saying that I only have 60 days to file a claim. The car dealer was unable to repair the damage and I feel that Xzilon is acting in bad faith. The right thing for them to do is fix my paint, but they would rather save a couple of dollars than do right by their customers.

      At Xzilon every customer matters.

On August 31, 2021 you filed a claim stating on June 7, 2021 you found bird droppings on your vehicle and cleaned it that day.  A few days later you brought your vehicle to the dealership where they stated they could not do anything to fix it.  Then on August 31 you filed a claim with us, nearly 3 months after the damage was found. The warranty provided you requests we be notified at the onset of damage, not to exceed 60 days. It is unfortunate and understandable youre disappointment that you filed your claim beyond the 60 day requirement.

Xzilon protection products are among the best in the industry and perform as advertised, however even the best of products can't withstand long-term exposure to acidic debris exposed to the repeated heating and cooling (expansion and contraction) that leads to fractures (cracks) allowing acids to breach a protective coating causing acidic etching. Based on the evidence provided, it was acidic etching that damaged your vehicle, not the failure of our product.

Although we were unable to assist you with this most recent claim we look forward to working with you for the remainder of your warranty.

      The Xzilon Team.

I cleaned it promptly, so it did not sit on the paint for months as you suggest. Also I see that you have no response to the fact that you make details of your warranty very difficult to find. Perhaps you could post it on your website. I feel that your product is ineffective and that you dont stand behind it. It is certainly not a product that anyone should spend money on. I could have the dealer contact you to let you know that the damage was not repairable if you dont want to take my word for it. The condescending tone of your response clearly illustrates how you feel about and treat your customers. You should be ashamed.
