This place has been a headache since I received it. I'm having to find my own paint ***air shop. The correspondence is lacking. The customer service *** answering the phones is very rude, ignorant and has no knowledge on the company itself or the processes needed to file a claim. She hung up on me, told me oh well you're only gonna talk to me or nothing will be done for you. It was the most unprofessional call for service I've ever had. She then hung up on me and refused to answer my return calls so I had to go online and blindly fill out a claim. That was close to a month ago. I'm now being told to find a paint ***air shop for the so called warranty Xzilon gave. Very unprofessional, very unacceptable and this company will fail unless they start showing some concern for the customers and the product they were pushed into adding to their car loan and that is of no help when needed. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!Xzilon Inc

Our goal is to provide high quality service and support, regardless of the outcome of any potential claim. This customer called into our reception line, where they were advised about certain details of their limited warranty and coverage information along with the process to file a claim via our intuitive online form. When a claim is filed, a confirmation email is sent with a disclaimer that the general claims process may take up to 2-3 weeks from the date we receive photos due to scheduling logistics with repair technicians and that we will do our best to expedite the process. From there, we advise customers that next steps will be communicated within 4-5 business days.While this customer's claim was filed on January 7th, photos were received from the customer on January 17th. The customer was updated on our progress first on January 23rd and again on January 27th. The customer does not live near their selling dealership, so additional time was needed to locate a repair technician available to assist. The customer was asked if they had a local recommendation, as we would be glad to work with them in lieu of other options to help provide a quicker resolution. As of the date of this response (February 12th), communication for this claim is ongoing as a resolution is in progress for the damages covered under the customers limited warranty. We appreciate the opportunity to highlight the effort and care our team takes to provide service in line with the expectations we outline in our communication with customers, even when extraordinary circumstances present themselves.Review fromArthur M

1 starI paid for this service at dealership in January 2023 on a new 2002 Jeep Compass and in November 2024 the product started peeling off. Contacted the claims department and jumped through their hoops to be told that claim was denied because of long term wear. Emailed them back and asked how do you classify this as long term wear on a product that was applied less than 2 years ago. They have yet to respond as I imagine they do not have a answer other than we offer a junk product and cheat people out of their money.Review fromCynthia B

Happy we added Xzilon onto our recent car purchase. Great communication and customer service. ***** came out to service the car. Super nice guy and flexible with our schedule so we were able to get the job done sooner rather than later. Also very knowledgeable. **** me informed throughout the process. I had Xzilon recommended to me by a friend for my brand new white truck. Definitely helps keep it clean and looking good. With our two dogs in the car we had it applied to the seats as well to guard against any stains and smells. So far so good, having it applied to my wife's car next!Xzilon Inc
