We have made multiple attempts to attain a remedy in the form of a refund. ***** has been brushing us off and stating that he is too busy. Our Son is a pitcher only but NOT ONCE did he receive any pitching instruction as ***** stated that he would be the pitching coach as well as the coach for the class of ****. At ALL of the practices our Son attended, NOT once did he receive any instruction from a pitching coach *****. Our son was instructed to do do drills irrelevant to a pitcher only, our Son was told to show up to batting practice, even though hes a pitcher only. During pitching practice, our Son mostly stood around and or found things to do on his own and AT NO TIME - was he helped by *****, the pitching coach. We reached out to communicate and address our concern to *****, he dismissed our concern NOT once were there any practices for Pitchers only. We paid for our Son to be a part of a baseball program and receive pitching instruction, but he did not gain anything from this program. Our Son is under the care of a Sports Medicine doctor due to injury and therefore is the reason we asked for a refund as our Son can no longer participate in the program- even after paying an additional $230 for uniforms he cannot use. Trombly baseball has an automatic payment platform and when the doctor put our Son on medical leave from pitching, we tried to remove our payment so we wouldnt be charged the reoccurring monthly fee. We communicated this to *****, but he would not remove our debit / credit card information.$200-was prepaid in April (before the program began) then we were charged the reoccurring fee for the actual first month of the program. We were not informed of- or agreed to any registration or administrative fees.$150 was paid for the first tournament. But, our Son is a Pitcher Only AND all other Pitchers were only charged $75. We notified ***** of this charge disparity but he chose to reply NOT TO US but to our Son. We have not received our money owed for this erroneous charge $75. In total we are owed $275 We have sent multiple messages along with proof and receipts to ***** and gave him options to submit payment.
