I own a timeshare at this site. I emailed them in Nov reserving the same week in March I have for the last couple of years- They seemed to approve it but never sent a confirmation #(they haven't in a few other years) Then 2 weeks before vacation was to start(end of Feb) they sent an email saying I haven't booked my week yet. I called them and they indicated they saw that email but could not let me have that week because we own swing time(It was my mothers timeshare before and we didn't have that info , they haven't made it an issue or told us that until now) It was too late to change our plans(I had to book before week 9) so I asked for the information I needed to bank this years week and they booked another week in swing time in Nov and gave me a unit #. RCI has tried an number of times to bank it for me and Aquamarine keeps denying it- I have written numerous emails to every source I can find to reach them and the only one who answered was one saying they couldn't sell my week because they have too much inventory.Initial Complaint

I obtained a timeshare with Laguna Shores which is managed by Tricom Management. I have been in contact with this organization to nullify my timeshare contract and have received a lack of assistance other than a package that was requesting payment. Since I have obtained this timeshare I have not used any of the services associated to the contract. Actually, my father had unfortunately passed away and the timeshare was passed on to me with no contract or approval on my part over 30 years ago. I cannot fathom how such a contract could be transferred over into my name when I never signed an agreement and there was no sale of purchase. I have been reaching out to the resort since I am disabled and unable to travel or utilize the timeshare and they have neglected to remedy the situation. I am confident Laguna Shores does have ability to provide me with the options in order to cancel especially since I never signed a contract with them and the mortgage has been paid off many years ago. I never agreed to enter this contract to begin with and I hope the neglect to respond to my plea was an oversight. I'm hopeful to receive the necessary documentation in order to relinquish all responsibilities and I look forward to hearing from Laguna Shores or Tricom Management as soon as possible.Initial Complaint

We stayed at the Berkley spa and resort in ********* on July 8,9,10-2022 and were assigned a room with broken furniture, pee stains in sheets and refused service by the house cleaning. The issue was addressed to the front desk the night of arrival and was offered to change rooms, which we accepted. The next day, spoke tried to speak to the manger and she (******* didn't want to come out of the office. She stated the only thing she could do was to give us 50% off 1 day's stay and anything further we need to speak to the DM which is ******. She stated she will provide him our information. We never heard from the district manager, ******, and he has never responded back to the emails sent. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have not received any type of email. I signed up to received cleaning service and no one showed up to clean or dump the trash or bring clean towels. When I called down to house cleaning and ask if anyone was cleaning the room she stated if I signed up I said yes, and she stated someone would come and i explained no none should up the previous day. She said well if you're signed up someone would come. We left for the day returned that night and no one cleaned the room. The evening staff was very friendly and tried to help the best way they could with what there were delts. But the morning staff is absolutely terrible. There is no professionalism and stand around talking, then when someone approaches they walk into the office. Poor service I would like the refund they promised.Initial Complaint

The lack of customer service we have received from this company is dismal. After countless attempts to reach out to them we still have not received any response. We have reached out to member services and individual members of management and still have received NOTHING! We have done our due deligence and know this company can help us if they wanted to. We need your companies help to have them contact us with options of giving this contract back! Thank you,*************************Business response

A Complaint was sent from ************** in regards to his customer service. We have searched our data base and cannot locate an account for **************. I reached out to the phone number provided and left a message with no response as of today.
At this point we are unable to address his concerns.

This company is nearly impossible to gain contact from. Over the last several months, April being the most recent, we have sent many written complaints and requests to this company regarding our timeshare ownership and they are refusing to be in contact with us. We have even called them directly to which we were put on hold and had to leave a voicemail. We never got a call back. We would like someone to contact us as soon as possible to assist us. This has been going on for far too long.Business response

A complaint was sent in regards to the customer service received in regards to their timeshare account. We are unable to locate the account in our data base.
I did reach out via the phone number provided and have received no response to this point.

We are fed up! We have reached out to TriComm since we own at the ************ still no answer.What is it going to take for someone to contact us back regarding our issues? They promise that they will help us, yet here we are months later no closer to receiving any communication. This company is a joke and only has their interests in mind, not the interest of their owners. Every time we call, they seem to not be able to locate our account. I sent the contract and still nothing. We have been *********** owners for years and now they cannot find out account? They have no problem sending us our yearly **** and expecting us to pay, yet they cannot find an account with our names on it. What kind of company is this? We are done with them and no longer wish to be associated with them from this day forward. We want someone to contact us immediately from this company with release information.Business response

I reached out and spoke with ******************** and during the conversation it was noted that ******************** accounts have been place with a 3'rd party company to relinquish. There has been no record of any contact with Tricom Management and or *********** in regards to his account since 2017.
We are working with ******************** to resolve his problem with his accounts.
Instructions to relinquish his accounts were mailed on 11/12/21.
