      Haul away of the old fridge that I paid for. Best Buy sent a receipt this afternoon stating the old fridge was taken away and clearly it has not. The receipt came this afternoon via e-mail. There is no water to the new fridge and I had the water value change and clearly have water to the fridge. Ice Maker doesn't work. The ice on the bottom made 1/3 of the pan today. The control buttons inside the fridge that control the water and ice do not work. The Front doors are off, one higher than the other. I have a receipt and I attempted to resolve this and no one can find it in the system. I even went in the store, talked with a store manager`. Nothing. I bought the new fridge on 9/9/2023 and it was delivered yesterday. I called Corporate Offices and they could not find it in the system. Here I sit with a new fridge, no ice, no water uneven doors and a store that refuses to help but have my money.

      I purchased a refrigerator and microwave form the Best Buy on Hwy 280 in *******. I picked out a refrigerator from the open box at the store. Spoke with ****, and requested she order the over the range microwave in the matching finish. Lots of issues getting the installation send it for both. First refrigerator was installed. However they damaged storm door frame and spring system. And there was not air filter or water filter. So they werent able to get the ice machine or water working which was one of the main reasons I had purchased the new refrigerator. I called right back the next day she said the word hasnt processed I would need to wait and call back but she could order the air filter and the water filter. Which still has not arrived. I filed a claim with ******* for the damages to the storm door, which no one has contacted me to fix. Its been over three weeks since O filed the claim. **** contacted me two weeks ago she asked me how everything went. I explained that the microwave was installed however it was the stainless steel finish. Not the print resistant finish that matched the refrigerator. So after four calls to ************* every 3 1/2 hours over the phone. No resolutions, No call backs for repairs, removal and replacement for the microwave, and no Air or water filter for my refrigerator. At this point I have real buyers remorse. Due to the incompetence and lack of customer service really just want to see them both back and go a different route. My storm.

      I ordered a dishwasher from Best Buy. The gentleman who installed my dishwasher damaged my garbage disposal and then lied about it to me before leaving stating that I need an adapter to the outlet. This was incorrect. The garbage disposal now does not work and I paid for an installation in the amount of $179.99 that was not provided in a manner consistent with guarantees and warranties. Instead, the install left me in a worse position and now I have to wait longer for another technician to come to my home to repair the damage. I attempted to reach out to Best Buy who will not tell me who the third party contractor is and will not offer me anything other than that I wait even longer for a repair to the damage to my home. Case ID with ******************** is *********. Offer from the representative is to call me back within 24 hours to discuss next steps for appointment to repair the damage they caused. This offer was unacceptable to me. My garbage disposal is non-functional now and it worked before the technician came to my home. I wasted my money. The installation was unprofessional. I inquired as to why my garbage disposal was now broken and the technician's response was that it was not broken. This was a misrepresentation. I have been promised a call within 24 hours which will then require a call no later than 6/4/22 at 4: 35 PM to reschedule another installation date. I have 3.5 hours left on my assigned service call time of **** PM on 6/3/22 and Best Buy won't agree to send the technician back out to correct the problem he caused. I have asked for a refund of the installation fee and that was refused. I want a refund of the installation fee and a repair of the damaged and/or replacement of the garbage disposal.

      Best Buy order no. BBY01-806649622617. I ordered a *** 27" curved monitor 05/22/22 online for a sale price of $179 plus tax. I placed the online order and my Credit Card was charged for the purchase and within a few minutes the order was cancelled without me being notified. I have contacted Best Buy concerning the reason my order was cancelled and was not given a reason. I asked that I be able to reorder the *** Monitor for the sale price and was denied. I was told I had to pay the regular price. I noted to the Best Buy rep. that I had not received a refund to my credit card after my order was cancelled. they said they would refund my cancelled order during the next billing cycle. I asked how long the billing cycle was and did not receive an answer. All I asked was for them to honor my original purchase for which I was charged and not refunded to date. 05-26-22. I feel it was like a case of online bait and switch.

      I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The ************************* which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. 1.       First off, best buy has horrible security This is the second time that I was hit with fraud through them as they must have terrible systems in place to verify someone's identity. That matter is being dealt with separately, the second issue was that I had ordered a washer/dryer set over a month ago (March 24th) with an expected delivery date (today 5/6/22) and I received a text message no call on 5/5/22 stating that the dryer was out of stock and they would only be delivering the washer, I reached out and they gave me no option but to cancel or reschedule for the dryer even though I pointed out that the dryer showed as in stock locally. The rep apologized saying that the website was not up to date so, I chose to wait as the rep was insistent that I do so... I took off work today for them to come between 7AM-1PM today and they never showed up or called. Instead, I again received a text saying to reschedule with no explanation on what happened so we have decided to cancel to order entirely, It is ridiculous and completely unacceptable for a business to do this. I have been without a washer dryer for over a month now and have to scramble to find a set so we can move on with our lives.I am writing this to document the issues as I am becoming more aware of this being a frequent problem for other customers. This is not only the delivery issue but others have expressed that they are not receiving their refunds from canceling their order. Solution- I am looking to have my money refunded as the product never showed and I had 0 contact from best buy during this, needless to say I will never purchase a single item from them again and I hope people are aware of how they are treating their customers.

      I returned a Television that was not working when it was purchased and they have not refunded my money its been 16 days and no money back they keep telling me I will get it back in 5 to 7 days of the return its 16 no and no money back and the company will not respond to me as to why they have not given me my money back. Attached is proof where the ** was returned.
