I purchased a gas dryer on 11/19 to be delivered and installed on 11/26. When I purchased the dryer I asked the saleswoman how much installation was. She asked if I had greek squad which I do so told me installation would be free but that if my had line or hose wasn't up to code that the plumber would charge me for the parts, which was fine. This morning 2 men who didn't speak English came to deliver my dryer before they took the dryer off the truck I went out and asked them if they were installing it to. They said "deliver, not install" I said who was installing the dryer and when are they coming they again said deliver, not install. I told them to wait so I could call best buy and they said "you refuse". I said no I just want to see when it's being installed and the gentleman said "you refuse" and closed the back of the truck and walked to the truck and left. Someone from geek squad called immediately and asked why I refused delivery and I explained to her that I didn't and I just wanted to know when it would be installed. I was told that the sales woman didn't put down installation and she wouldn't be able to tell me when but that I was suppressed to buy a gas line and dryer vent from them which I didn't. I explained what the sales woman said about the plumber putting me up to code and how I would be responsible to pay them. The woman rudely said all I'll put refuse and send you an email, you can go to the store and speak to the manager. I've been trying to call the store for an hour. Phone lines were supposed to open up at 9am due to black friday and it's 9:37 and the phone lines still aren't open
