On December 5, 2021 I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee towed to All Pro Automotive for transmission work. The Jeep was stolen from the yard on December 8, 2021 and after near a month, was realized it was stolen, and I got it back to All Pro shop. I paid $2500 cash to cover transmission work at end of December to start work on Jeep in some capacity, because insurance funds had not arrived yet. January 31 was first check directly to All Pro Automotive for 3,798.39, a second check for 1318.71 on April 21, 2022, which comes to 5117.10. All Pro Automotive had money to be steadily working on the vehicle, and I was attempting to get itemized accounts of work done. I was consistently told no and given excuses and the run around. On April 5, 2022, I asked for my Jeep back, and was met with hostility and told I was unreasonable to even ask. It was now 6 months exactly since I had my Jeep there and wanted it back. I got my Jeep finally and received a final so called Invoice. It was a far cry from detailed itemized account I asked for multiple times. I saw things that were included that should not have been, like the brakes, which were under warranty since I bought new ones before theft. I saw things that were not added to the claim like a new battery and tires, both of which I had bought new before theft, and both destroyed by theft. I saw a bloated charge of 'parts' of 2380.42. I have tallied the actual work done to body damage repair and paint, replaced rims and car seats from junk yard, rear axle work(I saw double charges), detail interior clean, and labor for brakes. I asked for already paid for A/C fixed, trunk and hood lifters fixed, emergency brake fixed, and none were done. The spare tire stabilizer screw and Jeep jack were missing, which were there when I got my vehicle in Fresno Police Tow Yard, and my Jeep logo back license plate frame was missing. I have a handwritten itemization of what I saw was done and they should be paid, coming to 2404.44. I want refund of 2712.66.

On 11-15-21 ****** ******* approved repair of her transmission. ****** paid with credit card over the phone on 11-15-22 @ 9:57 am . She was going to get the jeep towed in by AAA. Prior to this date All Pro has sub estimates and invoices dating back from 4/7/21, 5/24/21, 7/22/21, 8/25/21.Which will give an idea what shape the jeep was in prior to theft. ****** went after payment through AAA for compensation to get her vehicle out of the tow yard ect... She also went through her insurance Geico to pay for damages to vehicle. All Pro estimates clearly state on them not responsible for theft. All Pro also comped her labor on the transmission and waved her insurance deductible and also got her rear seats as well as front seats when insurance only approved used front seats and also painted the whole vehicle instead of just a bumper and side panel that insurance had only approved because we were trying to help her and go above and beyond considering the situation of the vehicle theft at All Pro even though it was not our fault. After the theft ****** also stated that she was fighting with her sister and her nephew and that her nephew just got busted for car theft and that he could have set this up. ****** was always speaking about her personal business at All Pro Auto about all her conflicts with multiple people. Connies mother had just passed away and she had got some money to purchase a truck and trailer for her and her minor daughter to live in she was homeless. Brian from All Pro also had gone to help ****** to hook up her trailer to her truck to get it out of her friend's yard she was staying in because she had got into an argument, and they kicked her out her friend was named Jaden. Which prior to this ****** requested for her to be the one to pick the jeep up when it was done? All Pro Auto was unaware when the tow company came to drop off vehicle considering they did not come in to give a key and let an employee aware that it had come. Which was all on video footage and we put on a usb drive to give to the police including the people who theft it was on camera as well. Agular towing that AAA sent was responsible for the theft considering they left the key in the ignition and did not let anyone at All Pro aware the vehicle arrived. Also, when she dropped off the jeep it had parking brake issues, which insurance covered on the second supplement even though it was an issue prior to the theft. ****** did get new brakes all the way around prior to the theft but considering they had gone medal to medal they could not be warrantied through the part store because that voids parts warranty. Connies jeep did take almost 5 months to get completed from the day it got towed , stolen and recovered and All pro pulling a transmission taking it to and from A tech transmission and them doing a total rebuild ( All Pro did not markup price or charge to deliver to and from to drop off and pick up transmission)then  to a body shop to get the whole car painted have body work done and total detail , which once again we did not have insurance approval or pay for the whole vehicle to get painted only side panel and bumper . and then back to All pro to install transmission and get all other repairs approved through insurance with the second supplement. insurance adjusters come to the shop to approve repair, there is no way to falsify that with an insurance adjuster he knew the situation the whole step of the way and even mentioned we went above and beyond what we should have had to. We just wanted to make the customer happy. so, considering how much had went on and had to be done and was through multiple shops it took some time every shop had done everything to make this a fast and satisfied situation considering she actually got a jeep in way better condition than prior to theft. ****** was constantly hostile wanting it done faster and wanting more done than what was approved. Unfortunately, this was a horrible situation the theft and we tried to go above and beyond for Connie, all we witnessed is her wanting more and more comps. And when the jeep was completed on 4/08/22 she approved for her sister to pick up the vehicle *****, which shocked us because she had been previously fighting with her and bad mouthing and making accusations about her. So All Pro released the vehicle as well as gave ***** copies of every invoice and receipts in full detail from A tech transmission, Which ****** failed to send you guys the first page and only sent page 2 of 2 which you can see the fold on that invoice on the pdf that was attached to this letter bbb included in the complaint. All Pro was compliant and worked with customer when she was not pawning her vehicle off on others to come pick up and with insurance adjusters leggily. All Pro still has questioned why ****** from the start did not want to pick up her vehicle herself when it was completed?

I am rejecting this response because the only way this will be resolved is paying back the 2712.66 so I can fix the shoddy work All Pro Automotive did. The response highlights and showcases the irrelevant conversations and excuses I heard waiting forever in the office, that has zero to do with what is going on in the shop. The extra work was done to try to sweeten the deal of exceptionally slow time it was taking. The body work was done by another shop and they accepted the amount and that is irrelevant. The transmission was a separate deal, and irrelevant. The work supposedly done was the brakes and the differential...the ABS brakes are not functioning correctly and need to be fixed. The air conditioning, which was promised, wasn't done and they were paid on top of Geico insurance payout. All and all, Bryan was way overpaid for the little work that was done specifically for the repair of the Jeep after the theft. I still need to fix the mistakes and there is no reason that is took 6 months to finish. If Bryan did the math correctly, which clearly he cannot, November 5 to April 6, is 6 months. His pricing and invoice do not show clearly the costs, unlike the breakdown I made to what is fair and just amount of the insurance payout. Until I receive the 2712.66, this will not be resolved.
