    I ordered this product on December 11 and approved it on the 12. When I ordered it said it would arrive by Christmas. Well I just received this product on December 29. Every time I contacted them they sent me the same message I check with are product team after a week and nothing I ask them when it would ship. They sent me a shipping tracking number and 6 days later they shipped it. They said do to the holidays thats why it was delayed. I will not order another product from this company they will just give you the run around and excuses why its taking so long.

    When I got the preview I noticed the song I had chosen was NOT THE SONG that was in the music. Then the words we fragmented part of the song. Very unhappy that this wasn't as true as portrayed.then they charged me $10 for the custom PREVIEW. Just know this will cost you $10 just to proof it. Buyer beware.

    Completely unprofessional. I ordered something recently and expected expedited shipping. It’s unfortunate that the process kept changing and turnaround time was different then expected. When I asked for clarification, I was insulted and spoken down to as if I was completely out of line for asking them to clarify the process. I would save your money.

    The experience wasn’t perfect. What is perfect today? I admit there were some glitches in the process but the quality of the product is flawless. My experience in no way was as dramatic as some of the reviews I’ve read here.

    Ships out of Pakistan when it's portrayed they ship out of America. Order on February 10 and I don't expect to see it before March. Whole webpage is meant to be deceiving

    I have been waiting since Dec.11. Keep getting a run around about UPS not picking up the package. I just want a refund. Can't get that either. Need help.

    The worst experience I’ve ever had with a company that has 5 stars on their website. First I made an order Dec 11,2022 and I got the proof of the product Dec 13,2022 and approved it. Starting on or about Dec 17,2022 I emailed the company for updates. I was guaranteed that my order would be delivered by Christmas. I have several emails from them stating this. I got so many conflicting emails that said it was shipped, no sorry it’s still in production and this happened multiple times to the point where I called the company and was told it was in production but promised it would be delivered by Christmas. On Dec 21,2022 they said it was shipped. Upon checking the carrier website they had not received the package. I contacted the company both via email and phone saying it was shipped it must be the carrier. I spoke with the carrier and no package had been received. Dec 23,2022 and now I’m being asked to kindly wait. At this point I’m not going to have a gift for my husband. My package is still not with the carrier. And I just want a full refund!

    Horrible customer service! October 27th, I ordered a print to surprise my husband for our 25th wedding anniversary. Then I immediately shared my purchase with my daughters. Unfortunately, they informed me that they had already purchased a similar item elsewhere as a gift to my husband and I. So I immediately (same day) cancelled the order, noted the reason and requested a refund. I received an email asking if there’s anything they could do to change my mind. My reason for the cancellation was clear so I did not respond. The next day I received an email that included a sample of my order for review. I again did not respond. Since then I’ve been emailing back and forth with Kirstie R******! She has the nerve to tell me that I will be charged $10 for time spent on the sample. She also tried to tell me I canceled after the work was done. She also asked me to check my dates for cancellation. Once i proved her wrong she said she would request approval for a refund. That was November 9th! I’ve disputed the charge with my bank and so far they’ve received the same response. I’ll be charged $10! For what? Changing my mind? Can you imagine how much money they are making from each one of us at $10 per? They are fraudulent in every way. My biggest issue is, KIRSTIE RICKERT is holding my money hostage and I don’t have a product! That’s a pretty bold move. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER. THEY HAVE NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

    Worst company EVER! Do not buy! This company never shipped my item (after a month). Wondering what was the hold up, I contacted them. They told me they had to switch vendors (mind you, my anniversary had now passed because of the time it took). I said, I’m not waiting any longer and asked to cancel my order. Since I was done dealing with this company and asked to cancel my order (expecting a refund), they just would not answer back any correspondence. So now I’ve paid for a product that I will not receive and I will not get my money back. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!
