  We were looking for someone to help us get our garage converted into an ADU and are so glad we came across Zenith Builder. From the drafting to demo to construction to the finished product, they made the process simple and easy for us as well as delivering on a quality ADU. Also the less obvious things like getting all the paper work sorted for permits and what not (which would have been be quite a pain if we were to do so ourselves) to the little finishes in the final build. They did everything with expertise, professionalism, and transparency. Would definitely recommend!

  I hired Zenith Builder to build a 750 sqft ADU and they absolutely nailed it! From start to finish, they made the process super easy. They were always easy to communicate with, kept me in the loop, and made sure everything was clear.They showed up on time and stayed on schedule, which is rare these days, and the quality of their work was incredible. The attention to detail really stands out. the finished space turned out even better than I imagined.If youre looking for a team thats reliable, professional, and does amazing work, I highly recommend Zenith Builder. They made the entire experience stress-free, and the results speak for themselves!

  ***** is the owner and was our first interaction with Zenith Builder. He was professional, respectful, and most importantly he was honest he made no attempts to up-sell us on any portion of the project. His friendly demeanor gave us comfort that he would be easy to work with. With a large project, we recognized and valued an easy working relationship. His price is not the cheapest on the market and he is open about that, but the price is justified because of the quality that he and his team deliver.***** was our Planner and was professional and patient with us. ***** offered his perspective to enhance our original vision. His suggestions never conflicted with what we wanted, they only optimized it.***** was our Project Manager. He coordinated the work between various teams. He was professional and respectful even when I asked the same questions multiple times. He was there to provide advice and guidance throughout the project and educated us on anything we had questions on. When challenges arose, the team was very collaborative to solve the problem. ***** and the rest of the crew did what they could to go above and beyond to deliver quality service. With a large project, it is inevitable that some details may be missed (expecting perfection is not realistic). What we appreciated most about ***** and the crew is that they were always receptive when we identified anything that needed adjusting like repainting an area due to a blemish. The team really strived to address any and all concerns we had to ensure we were 100% satisfied.

  This is our second time hiring Zenith Builder for a home renovation, and they did not disappoint again. ****** and ******* were a pleasure to work with every step of the way. From handling permitting and architectural plans to the actual construction, they were great on the details and always followed up with every question or comment. They do great work, and they are affordable and excellent communicators. I'll hire them again if there is another renovation in my future!

  Zenith Builder did an exceptional job remodeling both of my bathrooms. Initially, I had concerns about water flow issues, but their team addressed these problems effectively. Now, the water flows smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with the results.Beyond the functional improvements, the design of each bathroom is simply stunning. Zenith Builder's attention to detail and commitment to quality truly transformed the space. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to enhance their home.

  We worked with Zenith Builder on a gut renovation of our guest bathroom and had a great experience. We interviewed several general contractors about the job, and ****** was by far the most straightforward, personable, and detailed about what we could expect.*******, our project manager, was always reliable and responsive, and a solid partner in working through the inevitable challenges of construction. The subcontractors he brought onto the job all did high-quality work and showed up when he said they would (this shouldn't be a rarity in construction, but it is!). Their billing department is also top notch.We love our new bathroom and are glad we worked with Zenith.
