      I purchased a new starter motor for a **** ***** GL1100 on 8/24/23. It failed on 12/3/2023. Caltric states only a 90 day warranty on its products. This item was only slightly out of warranty when it failed. I would like a replacement part or refund.

      Sell listed a item saying it fits a 2007 polaris ranger 700xp. Its to long and caused damage. They want me to pay $15 for return shipping for a item that cost $15.90. That they miss represented what it fits. There scamming people out of there hard earned money. Tons of negative reviews claiming same problem.

      Caltric, Inc sent a defective new part that initially did not perform well and ultimately failed causing me to be stranded on the side of the road, in the dark, on a motorcycle. I missed a day of work trying to get my motorcycle back home. Th phone number listed on their web site and multiple other places on the internet is disconnected. They have not responded to my email for 72 hours

      I ordered parts for my 4 ******* and they are the wrong parts. Cant get ahold of them on the phone and they are slow responding to my emails. I want a refund and a self addressed paid return label.

      They sent me the wrong part for my ***** Chpper and it is the wrong part for my mower I order according to the description I will send it back for a refund but I should not have to pay shipping because it was not my fault

      7/28/2023 purchase item on 7/22/23 which I was notified of purchase was made then received email which stated a tracking number was created I clicked tracking number said that **** was waiting for the item now 7/28/23 and still **** is waiting for the item and also 3 days ago contacted caltric and they had stated give it another day or 2 all that being said the business ethics they have shown are horrible I wouldn't not advise anyone to do business with this entity.

      Caltric advertised a starter on **** specifically for a **** ***** 350 FourTrax ATV. Based on their specifications I purchased the starter. ( order #******* dated 4/5/2023). When I attempted to install their starter it was obvious that it was not the correct starter. I sent them photos that clearly proved their product would not fit. I have repeatedly requested a written approval to return and my payment refunded and my requests have been ignored.

      I ordered a part from them using **** and the part was lost in ***** shipping. None of the 3 companies were willing to get me a new one or a refund. I also paid for 2 day shipping. I tried to resolve the issue multiple times and spent hours on the phone. When neither **** or ***** were willing to help me I asked Caltric to take care of the issue. They refused to do anything besides tell me to contact **** which I had already done multiple times. Very poor customer service.

      I placed an order for a part for a riding mower. The part never arrived. I received an email from Caltric stating the part had been returned to them. I have emailed numerous times requesting a refund. I ordered through ****. The first response I received after placing the order was that the part had shipped. I never received an email confirmation of the order. Caltric responded that I would have to seek a refund through ****. When I contacted ****, they said I would need my confirmation number. I have explained to both **** and Caltric that I did not receive a confirmation email. Although I have explained this several times, I cannot get Caltric to respond. Caltric owes me a refund foe the part.

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/08/15) */ Customer bought the item on May 24th and contacted us on Jun 29. According to **** policy there is 1 month time frame to open a return request. As **** is the processing the payments we can not issue any refund unless it's through ****. Customer might contact **** for a resolution. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/08/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have explained to ******* multiple times that I have reached out to **** and that they stated that I would have to use the information that was sent in the confirmation email. HOWEVER, I did NOT receive a confirmation email. The only email I received was an email stating that the item has shipped. I do not have an **** account so I purchased as a guest. Since I did NOT get the confirmation email, I have no way of using ******* return policy. Again, this was explained to ******* multiple times.

      I was sent the wrong part. I tried contacting the seller and the company, Caltric Inc., I am unable to contact either. I want my money or the right part. Apparently Caltric Inc. sells these parts using eBay. The seller who sold this part is Vietnamese probably not in this country. I can't get any info, neither of these people will talk to me. They are suppose to have a return policy but I don't know how to deal with it. Also, they delivered it with no paperwork, no receipts, nothing at all.
