I was sent the wrong part. I tried contacting the seller and the company, Caltric Inc., I am unable to contact either. I want my money or the right part. Apparently Caltric Inc. sells these parts using eBay. The seller who sold this part is Vietnamese probably not in this country. I can't get any info, neither of these people will talk to me. They are suppose to have a return policy but I don't know how to deal with it. Also, they delivered it with no paperwork, no receipts, nothing at all.Initial Complaint

We placed an order July XX XXXX to ******* Inc., supplier of boat motor parts, on behalf of my ************** in the ************ There is no proof that it was shipped and six months later the item has not been delivered nor is tracking detail available for it. We believe Caltric took our payment ************ knowing they could not deliver. When I requested a refund they claim that the refund period has expired, as if there could legally be any such refund period on an item not delivered as promised. Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/01/12) */ Customer shouldn't have waited 6 months to contact the company. The tracking numbers get recycled we can not track it anymore and marketplaces provide limited time frame which payments can be refunded. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/01/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Provide proof that the item shipped, or guarantee that it will ship when available. Marketplace refund rules do not apply if this item never shipped. If the item is temporarily unavailable, confirm this, and assign a new tracking number at actual time of shipment.
