    The business cancelled my order and has not refunded my money nor have I gotten a receipt of any refund being issued.

    This customer's order was lost in transit by USPS. The refund was completed the same day that we were informed it was lost. We have emailed her back regularly and swiftly. We have provided her with the refund tracking numbers. We have told her time and time again that per her payment method's refund policies, it can take 2-10 days to deposit back into her account not including weekends and holidays. It has been 4 business days as of this response. The refund is done on our side. She needs to talk to her bank if she wants it back faster.

    Hi there- I am really frustrated with my recent order delay from Tamed Wild. I have emailed customer service about this with no response. I ordered a seasonal workbook May-June on April 20th. I emailed customer service at the beginning of May, and they told me they ship mid month. My order still hasn't shipped. I emailed Monday May 29th asking again for an update on my order. Noone has contacted me. I emailed again May 31st and now, today, June 2nd, requesting a refund. My last two emails have been requesting a refund, as it has now been over 43 days since I purchased. I would like a refund for this order immediately and I will be disputing this charge on Monday, June 5th if I have no response. Thank you. USORDER****83 ; last customer service request ticket 87000.

    I made a purchase from this company on December 4th, 2022. I placed an online order 10 days ago. The items have not shipped. I reached out to them via Fb and email and no response was provided. They blocked me on Facebook so I can not request to have my order canceled and they blocked me so I can't post on their posts, and will not answer the phone or emails. And they will not cancel my order or refund me my money. They will take your money, not send you the products and then block you. I have all my correspondence emails, phone records, messages as proof as well as proof they blocked me so I could not ask for a refund and cancelation.

    customer wrote in 4 days after placing order wanting it shipped -we are closed on the weekends and she ordered on the weekend. These went into the shipping queue and were shipped by the 15th, which is 9 business days later - and we state within 10 business days - especially during the holiday season. We are a small business, we are not amazon, and this went out. She requested a refund the night, after we were closed, before her order shipped. I was unable to grab it and told her so. I let her know to refuse it and I would refund her. 

    During the holidays we are all working hard to get our orders out as fast as possible. We are family owned and operated business that doesn't have automated machines but actual people packing and labeling.
