    I was going to purchase a ***************************** Wedge from Agena. When I did a search I found the item for $534.00, when I clicked on the item what came up was a different price at $669.00 When I contacted them about this I was told it was a page caching error and that $534 was a sale price that ended 14 days ago and that it was a page caching error and that it's now $669. I gave them the opportunity to do the right thing and honor the price that was displayed and they declined. This seems more like a "bait and switch" than a page caching error more than 14 days old. Seems like poor customer relations. Won't be doing buisness with them.

    i purchased $ ****** telescope , i cancel the order with AGENA still under *** shipping transit ( i mean not delivery yet ) estimate delivery date 12/29/2024 and today is 12/26/2023 and they going to charge 3 % restocking fee. like another customer here , This is clearly fraud and morally unethical. Customers need to file legal charges or they will continue this behavior.

    I purchased $7,000 telescope and equipment. I never opened any boxes or products. I returned the items via **** Agena Astro claims the box was damaged during return shipment and posted a picture of a box that appears to be opened and resealed. The box did have a small tear in the cardboard. Agena Astro never notified *** of the damage and accepted the product. They informed me the contents were in brand new condition however since the box was damaged they had to sell it as a clearance item at heavy loss. They charged me $127.98 for the damage that *** may or may not have caused. Merchandise is shipped in boxes to protect the items inside from damage, boxes are made to absorb handling damage. Im not sure how Agena Astro determines the cardboard boxes value is $127.98 for a $2988.00 mount. According to other reviews this is NOT the first time Agena Astro has done this. They seem to charge restocking fees for whatever value they determine even though their own return policy states NO restocking fee if items are returned unopened. This is clearly fraud and morally unethical. Customers need to file legal charges or they will continue this behavior.
