  This company is a scam operation. When I realized the lights they sent me would not work with my vehicle, I contacted them for return authorization. They tell you that they will be back in touch within 12 hours, but they taste much longer than that. When they do, they request a ridiculous amount of information to refund a $65 set date f lights. The website says hassle free returns that is a bold face lie. If you request a refund a Stonewall until they can break down your resistance and you give up. I would not buy anything from them ever again. No stars for no service.

  Right when you go on the website it says if you’ve subscribe you can get 15% off but when you subscribe and they give you a verification email it says you only can get 15% off $75 or more. That is clear false advertising and something should be done to correct this. It might seem a little but companies like this shouldn’t be lying in their advertising. You’re giving them your email you’re giving them your personal information and they can sell your data trust me they make more off of your email then you get off 15% discount.

  Bought some light bulbs that their support said fit my vehicle. My vehicle does not have replacement bulbs. It’s a sealed unit. Have been in contact with them via email and through PayPal. They are adamant I contact them only through email even though that violates PayPal’s terms of service. They said if I close the PayPal case they will refund the money. If the case were to be closed PayPal would not ensure I received a refund. They are supposedly in America but their phone support can not issue a refund and communication is thru someone in another country as far as I can tell. Highly recommend that nobody do business with this company. I do see they have an F rating with the BBB. I can see why.

  Tried to open a ticket for a refund and I was told, that I either needed to resell the FAULTY HEADLIGHTS and they'd refund 30% or they wanted me to ship the headlights to them on my own dime and send them the tracking. Don't buy from them. Same mistake as everyone else here. I didn't look them up first.

  Buyer beware, whatever you do, DO NOT use this company. The LED headlights I had purchased did not fit, they were loose within the socket. I tried to return them, the customer service rep in China gave me the run around even though there’s a 90 day return policy. Even offered to take a measly $15 off of a $63 dollar purchase for me to keep it, even after ordering a new set that fit better from them. Had to file a dispute with my bank that may take up to 90 days to resolve. I will never do business with this fraud of a company again, I would urge future customers to do the same. BUYER BEWARE!!

  Their lights came fast and cheap, had them in my truck easy enough and ended up having one go out, I found that out during a traffic stop. Anyway, it’s taken me over a week to get ahold of anyone from sealight. I ordered direct from the company and apparently that was a mistake with warranty. Also was told It blew outside of 3 months and they couldn’t do anything for me, other than give me a new set. Was emotionally traumatized during a traffic stop and would like this to not happen to me again. Not much help at all.

  Bad experience. Avoid like the plague. The website lists products that state they are a fit but are not. When trying to get a refund or exchange you hear nothing.

  They didn't respond to e-mail, when I called one number it was out of service. I found another number, they told me there was no warranty, but the advertised light has a 2 year. Then she claimed a bad telephone connection, and then hung up. I am certainly Not surprised to see they are not accredited with the BBB!
