Management really is very very unprofessional! Came in to buy a headphone accessory I have a iPhone so I needed to go out to my car to get the extension to test came back in telling them the headphones didnt work & wanted to exchange them I was told no exchanges u know that illegal tactic anyway I was willing to get another pair of headphone for larger amount but with my store credit I had already had from the purchase not even 5 min ago mind u Im still at the store while everything is taking place oh & upon my leaving I purchased my headphones with another cashier & I stated to her dont be a b!!!tch like the other & stay nice than I was told that I can not come back into the store because of my freedom of speech! I will be calling in tomorrow to locate the manager owner in regards to the fairness of this treatment! The store is fine its the one ****************** that which would not try to satify my concern! Very unprofessional situation people need to learn kindness! Its free oh the headphones were 4.99and they really argued with me at least the whole time I was doing this transaction with the new cashier and asked the cashier hey did she say anything about me thats when I told the cashier be nice not like them b!!!!!s. Thank u
