    I purchase a turbo for a semi truck from this company in 4/17/24 and pay $450 to get it install by my mechanic and the turbo only last 1 1/2 month and call them to see what we can do to get this fix and they tell me To send the turbo back to them and have to pay $168 for the shipping back to them and they did take responsibility and send me another one , I received the other one and pay again to get it install again by my mechanic again $450. and only last me 2 weeks this time , I call them again and they said to send it back to verify it , again I have to pay another $178 to ship it back to them once they receive it they will tell me the next step , today 9/18/24 they call me saying they not refunding money back because it was used. And I ask them to refund me the money because is already the 2nd time it happens and Im in ******* il Im not near them to return this back to back and lost 4-6 weeks of work because did this . I purchase another turbo in ******* and truck is running already for over a month and there no issue at all , They keep saying they not refunding their money back and in they poly they have it set they responsable for any issue with the turbos. At this point I feel rob by them. I spend over 4000 in installation and shipping back to them and the original turbo price

     We apologize we were not able to come to a solution you are content with, but after replacing the turbo for you once and offering to do it a second time, you declined. It was determined that an oiling issue in your truck caused damage to the turbos, and it was not corrected after the first replacement. Given that this is the third turbo you have had the same exact issue with (two of our turbos one reman one new and your original turbo), it is evident you have an ongoing issue. You were advised on what to look for before installing the second replacement, and still, the problem was not fixed. We are glad to work out a solution with you.
