    Hello , Ive been trying to get my order i purchased from this dealership on 01-16-2025 is when I purchased my items I waited 2 weeks and when I did I called and was told to wait a couple more days so I did wait , I show up after a couple days and they only have 2 of my items so picked that up partially , 2nd week into February I was emailed once saying all my items are there and should be confirmed by morning this was after 3 weeks and a half waiting for a Leather cleaner Spray and a touch cleaning cloth. I show up on 02-06-2025 to be told oh we are missing the rest of your items and the guy wrote what I was missing down and didnt even give me a receipt nor a email . Extremely unprofessional dealership and not only that I had to wait 30 minutes plus for him to try to find my missing items .. Item numbers I was missing that they never gave me as listed EXD127979 (Leather Cleaner) $10.06 And 80A096325 (Touch Display Cleaning Cloth) $25.50

    took car in January 2024 for oil change asked then to make sure they do a test drive before I pick it it they did a simple oil change I barley get it home its smoking and I call the dealership they tell me to return it what I did not know was they FORGOT TO REFILL MY *** WITH OIL. how great was that forgot to refill my car with oil wow they could of burned my engine but they dont care . Then like a fool I take it back in April 15,2024 for coolent issues to find out they also said I need new head gaskets they call me tell me its ready I TELL THE SERVICE GIRL ***** PLEASE MAKE SURE ITS CHECKED OUT DO NOT WANT ANY PROBLEMS LIKE LAST TIME SHE SAYS SURE I PICK IT UP GET IT HOME NOW IT WONT RUN, I call ***** ADVISE HER OF WHAT HAPPENED HER ANSWER( WILL THATS YOUR PROBLEM? )and that I have to pay to TOW IT BACK MY SELF THEY WILL NOT PAY service, wow got screwed again, then they keep it 4days wont return my calls she then tells my husband that it was a battery issue they replaced it. Will what she does not know is BEFORE I had it towed back I HAD TRIPPLE AAA COME OVER AND HE TOLD ME MY BATTER WAS OK THERE SEEMS TO BE OTHERE ISSUES. WOW ALSO THEY PUT A SCRATCH ON THE *** SHE SAYS WILL i will look at security cameras to see I said why don't u also look at the camera and see who did not replace my oil in my car in January. I have called many times to **************** WHO THEY SAY IS THE boss to ****************** LEFT MESSAGE ************************ AND NOBODY RETURNS MY CALLS i did not authorize the replacement of the battery they just did it themselves. There seems to be a lot of monkey business going on here and then I looked at there reviews wow what a shock theres to many to read and they are not good

    On 11-28-2023 I purchased a Audi S5 Sportback. I've had a lot of electrical issues, the car has been seen by Audi several times they will not acknowledge any visual issues. They say the car is fine and to revert to the owners manual, the owners manual only describes how to change the dash view that keeps de vaulting back, the climate controls have issues, the emergency brake has issues they say it's not happening but I have video they still deny any issues. There are many others.

    A few years ago, I reached out to this Audi dealer to obtain some basic information. During the conversation, I informed them I was not interested in making a purchase with them. They are still calling my residential phone and leaving messages if I don't answer. This is still happening as we speak. They need to stop.
