      I placed on order of 3 T-shirts on Oct 12. Website says ships the same day and it has the last two times I ordered from the company. It still says unfulfilled like it hasnt even made it out of their warehouse yet. I love the company but this is ridiculous, I got my shirt to wear on a Halloween ride and it has since passed. I would like to know if my order is even being shipped or not

      I ordered a seat for my motorcycle through this company they said it would be 4-8 weeks to get my seat and after week 4 the company ghosted me and would not contact me back on any platform I tried. I still have yet to receive an updated estimation of completion after finally receiving an email back they just gave me an excuse and stopped responding.

The estimated lead time to build provided has been surpassed as we are experiencing untimely delays due to our lead production staff member being in a head on collision on his motorcycle.        I am rejecting this response because:
      I need an  actual eta I paid 750$ dollars for this and have had no communication until after the 8 week period we are approaching 9 weeks tomorrow and I still dont have an eta are they telling me their entire company hinges on one man? I find that hard to believe and I would like at the very least an estimate on time. I am almost to the point where I would like a discount  but I will settle for a eta

      I ordered an order on 7/3/24 I made one payment using affirm I paid the rest off yesterday the 11th of July. I have been emailing and messaging the company and I have gotten no response but they took my money.

      My order from this company was received on January 26. Receiving documentation from my bank account saying the money had been taken out. For the amount of around $33.42. I received my order on January 29, 2024. My intentions were to simply return the shirt, and exchange it for a smaller size. Which I had went to the post office, and sent back. The order has been tracked, and was delivered on February 9. I have not received any notification of a return or refund of money. I then had the only option of creating a group chat to try and contact somebody. I was told that my order would be processed and I would be reached out via email. No email was ever sent. I reached back out again, and received no contact back. It is now been a week, since my return has been delivered, and I am no longer receiving responses .

      It is now SEPT 28, 2023. I have an order placed on SEPT 13, 2023 with the amount of $523.04. Constantly trying to get information about my order, as their website states my order is unfulfilled. Keep in mind this is NOT a custom seat I ordered but a regular Saddlemen seat, along with a shirt, flannel and decal sticker.I have NOT got a tracking number via email/phone text, as I shouldve at least got that by now. I checked my junk mail and got nothing. I only get automated response from BORN SCUM saying their business hours even though theyre clearly not closed. I at least wanted a peace of mind my order is getting shipped and not forgotten! This is a huge order of $523 were talking about!

      I placed an order on April 29 2023 for a seat for my flxrst it’s been 16 weeks since my order was placed apparently due to a software up date which was never brought to anyone’s attention that bought a seat at this point I’m just hoping I didn’t just get scammed out of 600 bucks

      I ordered a custom motorcycle seat and back rest through Bornscum on March 7, 2023. ORDER #*****, ORDER ****37 invoice 003858, Transaction ID *****************. I have reached out to Bornscum through phone calls, email and through the website. No answers and no resolve.
