RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges are given on purchases made in the retail store within 15days of original purchase date only. All refund and exchanges must be accompanied by original receipt. All products must be in new and unused condition with original packaging. Special orders are not refundable after 15 days of pick up. A special order is defined as anything not currently in dealer stock. Valley Cycle and Motorsports reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all transactions including special orders, in store purchases and non-defective returns.
SPECIAL ORDERS
All special orders/Law-aways require the customers' email address and valid phone number. Special orders of $100.00 or more require a 20% deposit when ordered. When dealership receives your special orders it will be held for customer pick up for 30 days only. After 30 days special order will be returned and any deposit will be forfeited and retained by dealership for restocking fee.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
Helmets, batteries, sunglasses, watches, loading ramps, bike carriers, tools, DVD's, videos, books, light bulbs, electrical items, carburetor parts, sales items, close out items, used or worn items and any discontinued items may not be returned, exchanged or given any store credit..
REFUND POLICY
As long as all of the above conditions have been met, you will be refunded in the method you originally paid.
STREET TIRES
Purchaser must provide full Name and Address to comply with Federal DOT and NHTSA requirements. The tire(s) has been electronically registered.
WE PRICE MATCH!
Price Matching is only valid in the parts and accessories department. We only price match at the point of sale or within 15 days of your original purchase. The price being matched must be properly verified, and the item must be the exact item purchased. No additional discounts apply to price matching, and we only price match other authorized retailers. California sales tax applies to all purchases made in the retail store.
