    A $1996 dollar order was placed with Hanson Offroad on or about 6/20/2024. Estimate time for shipment was 8-12 weeks. Still have not received the items and it is 3/18/2025. Every time I call the answer is the same, they will go out at the end of the week. This has been the case since December 2024. An order number was not provided by the company and all I received was a payarc email for the cost.

    On about 2/24/2024, I purchased a Jeep WJ Steel Bumper with Swingout tire mount via Hanson's website. It was supposed to be an 8-10 week delivery due to the custom nature of bumper, as it is for a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After a follow up call from Hanson to get grounded on the order and expectations, I paid in full via CC for $1,698 charged to my Citi Card on 2/26/24. This included $200 for shipping. I have contacted "*****" the owner via email and direct phone conversations more than a dozen times since Mid-May of 2024 after the order was yet to be delivered. Every communication was either an excuse, or lies. On more than two occasions, ***** told me via phone and backed up with email, that it was shipped. The *** Freight number provided was not valid, so I could never follow the delivery which obviously never happened. I can provide multiple emails for backup if needed. I gave ***** a written ultimatum in early December, deliver or refund, or I will file with the BBB, as well as a small claims case. Still no response. He knows he has my money yet will neither deliver the product ordered, nor even reply anymore. The latest contact was a call in early-mid December with no action since. I am asking for my bumper as ordered, or a full refund.

    I Ordered a suspension kit an paid an initial deposit to *********************** with full traction suspension on 8/7/2023 which I have attached the initial sales order receipt. He then contacted me on 12/6/2023 saying my kit was finished and that he would s*** it out later that week but needed to the remaining $3111 owed on the suspension kit which I paid that day. I never received my suspension kit to this day. He has attempted to send me two different freight tracking numbers. One on 3/22/2024 and email from hanson off road sales, which searching for the tracking number never existed with the shipper. He later told me over ta phone call that the shipper lost or stole the suspension kit. I then received another tracking order, this time from calmini sales on 5/13/2024 with another tracking number that did not exist with the shipper. All during these months I have been calling ***** trying to talk with him always having an excuse as to why things were not moving along or that he would have my kit to me or to call him later or next week. on 5/13/2024 with no ability to get answers I proceeded to cancel my credit car transaction of the $3111 which was credited back to my account. ***** then contacted me by phone saying he would offer me a deeper discount and that he could get a suspension kit to me by next week if I kept the order with him. I declined as i had heard numerous statements from him at this point that my trust was lost. I then proceeded to cancel my debit card transaction and have ran into issues here. Since ***** " ran into issues and I've never had to do this in all the years I've been in business" we made the initial deposit of $3000 through Venmo so my bank wont refund me the money. I've tried to contact ***** again and ll he had to say was to call him later this week. I have tried to request the money on ***** from him but to no avail. If there is any other information or paperwork you would like please just ask. Thank you for your time.

    I ordered a part back in January 2023. I was given information on the website that it will be an 8 to 13 week lead time to build the part that I ordered. It is now October ****************************************************************************** January 2023. I contacted him in July and he tried to make me pay another payment of $1058.00. I advised him that I had already paid, and he made me show proof and receipt that I had already paid. Every time I speak with ***** the owner it seems like he knows what hes talking about but at the same time, just ******* me a long and keeps lying to me and telling me it will be shipped soon, or I will receive it in the mail. The following week . I have contacted ***** the owner of ****** Offroad multiple times which I all have documented via voicemail, cell phone record or email. Within the last few months starting in July he has told me consecutive times that it will be ready it will be shipped. I have a voicemail stating that it was going to be shipped in August. It was never shipped. I have phone records showing that I spoke to him in September also. He said it would be shipped and then upon speaking to him in September 2023 he lost my trust, because of a conversation that we had that involved him trying to send me parts that I never ordered and had nothing to do with my initial order. I corrected him and he had no idea what I was talking about. He keeps telling me that they have staffing issues and thats the reason for the delay. Recently I have called him and left messages with his front desk and today. I talked to ******* his manager and I told him that he needs to call me back by end of day because the last 10 consecutive phone calls I have made he has not called me back once or made an attempt to. I advised both the front desk clerk that answers the phone and ******* that I would be calling the Better Business Bureau If this was not resolved by end of working hours today, he never called me back. I wouldve never ordered this part if I knew it was gonna take this long I paid in full on my initial order.

    In 2021 I purchased a front & rear bumper for a 1974 Ford Bronco from Hanson Offroad. The Bronco has been garage kept, driven less than 500 miles since. I noticed the front bumper beginning to rust & paint (maybe powder coat) was chipping away. I reached out to them for a resolution February of 2023 twice, but got no response. Attached are pictures. Bumper pics 01-03 are from February 2023. Bumper pics 04-05 are from May 2023. I have found someone local that can recover the bumper, but seeking that Hanson covers this repair.     I paid for a Hanson Offroad early Bronco rear bumper around a year ago. Steve the owner has promised my part many times but has never come through. I seek a refund of $1300 purchase price.
