My neighbor called this tree outfit named Oak Grove Tree Care License #******* to cut down trim down a major tree in the back yard of his property which also hung over my property line. This service was performed on Wednesday 06/26/2024 started at 8am ended around 4pm. I had left my side gate open to allow access for the tree workers to come on my property to remove and clean all the fallen branches they had cut. At the end of this job being performed I noticed one of my solar lights that attached to my fence broken I also noticed my acrylic stucco wall scratched up due to tree branches being dragged along side the wall when exiting my property. Keep in mind my acrylic stucco is white these scratches are easily visible. Unfortunately these scratches are not easily removed just by cleaning them due to the fact that this stucco material is acrylic any rubbing or cleaning even touching up wall will look uneven and will actually further stain damage the wall. The acrylic stucco wall needs to be redone in order to have one even look. I spoke with with ************************************* and was not able to come to a resolution on repairing my wall. He only stated he would replace my light and that the wall was no big deal it happens all the time and I should live with it. I was very upset laughed and told him I would take further action seek for help in order to get my acrylic wall repaired. All I want is my property repaired it didnt have tree branch scratches to begin with. I already called a stucco outfit they quoted me $2,500 for repair to restucco wall in order for wall to look even. I also never received an apology or any kind of remarks saying they damaged my property at the end of the day I want my property repaired looking how it was before this tree branch damage.
