      Purchased front bumper cover for my car. Requested cancellation of item. They have not contacted me back.

      We ordered a catalytic converter from them through Amazon. It was sent out without any hardware which should have been included for the installation. It also has images and product descriptions stating 5yr warranty and then in fine print shows 1yr warrant. No warranty card was shipped. We attempted to find the missing parts at local auto part store to install into the truck but the parts arent fitting properly.Reached out to the seller and explained the missing hardware and that we arent able to find hardware to fit it locally. The stated can not sent out the hardware separately. They did offer to send entire new set. I agreed. We even offered to return the catalytic converter since we only needed the hardware.Followed up a few days later to see when it would ship so we can finish the installation and now they are refusing to send entire set or hardware.Reached out to Amazon and have been told that since they are 3rd party they can not issue a refund.We have set many requests to the company and Amazon requesting the missing hardware or exchange. With no resolution.

      Ordered a side-view mirror. The part was sent to the wrong address. The seller was notified prior to shipment to correct the address. They did not do so. When in transit they said I had to contact ***** to change the delivery address (e-mail only - impossible to speak with anyone). When I contacted ***** they said the seller has a restriction on their shipping account that doesn't allow ***** to correct bad addresses for them. Endless circle jerk of people that don't want to resolve the issue and pass the buck. Their "customer service" number comes up as you have dialed an "invalid number" when calling. I need an immediate refund

      ****** as Christmas gift for grandson. Opened Thanksgiving bumper split. Bought thru Amazon *****************.. called over 10 times. $300 lost. Last time called Amazon Jan 2 2023 said would be refunded . within 7 -10 days. Today denied. Every time spoke with Amazon told different story. I'm on social security and disabled. This is lot of money to lose . I was told this would be special exception circumstanses for refund. Something they approved. I know about 30 day return policy but this was told over and over would be refunded. Jan 2 2023 told again. Now denied. This is under my son's fiancee name but I bought for grandson Christmas. I do Christmas shopping all year. Should have opened but trusted it would be fine and not damaged. Thru auto parts Giant and Amazon

      I ordered a tail light and side marker from them. I only received the tail light and was told the side marker was delivered on October 30th. I was then reached out to on the 31st and told it was delivered that day but it was not. On the 1st I was finally sent a separate tracking number that did not work and was told it was delivered on the 1st. It was not. I was told to send the full order back for a refund, but I never received the full order and the tail light I received is a different color than advertised. I then advised them I would have to file a fraud claim in which they replied they would pay me to not file a fraud claim. I need my refund for my item that never arrived and for this company to be investigated for fraud
