We ordered a 1 oz Silver American Eagle Monster Box 500-Count (Sealed) on 14 July 2020 online from American Heritage Bullion for $11,799.00. Order Number: ORDER AHM201914126 We called after a couple of weeks to check on the status of the delivery. They told ** that they don't have the silver and are waiting for a delivery themselves. We called again a couple of weeks later and got the same response. A couple of calls later we got a delivery date some time in January of 2021 but January passed, and we called again in the summer and said that as it has been over a year, we would prefer the silver, but would just like our money back. We were told a check was in the mail (in October 2021). The check never came, of course, and now it is impossible to get anyone via phone. We have left countless messages and are very frustrated. In addition, we have not been able to follow this up as we have been overwhelmed with family health matters. Our son has a rare genetic condition and has required two operations at ***************************, and we are currently preparing for a third next week. We would so appreciate your help with this matter as it has been weighing heavily on our minds for a long time.Initial Complaint

On 4-2-20 I ordered 20 2019 Silver Eagles from American Heritage Bullion (order # AHM201910461). Their website has continually pushed out the expected delivery date to the next month. I've been foolishly thinking their stalling tactics were real. That's why it's been over a year. Now I've been waiting nearly 3 years! In August 2022, they had a notice on their website that said:"This item is being pre-sold and has a delayed ship date of approximately Sep 10, 2022". followed by, "The 2019 Silver Eagles have arrived and are on a slight delay in regards to shipping. We are processing orders by the date they were received and you will receive a shipping notification as soon as the shipping carrier receives the package."I have emailed and called repeatedly but have received no response. Apparently this story is not unlike many others I have since read online. I wish someone would file a complaint with the police. These people are criminals who are just stealing from people like me and hundreds of others. If the police don't arrest them, they won't stop. *********************Initial Complaint

Placed an order with American Heritage Bullion in 2019, prices went up on silver and suddenly they said they no longer had items in stock. Asked for replacement or refund, was told I could get either. Originally asked for a replacement and that order never got shipped, items out of stock again. When finally could get a person on the phone I asked for a refund, said it would happen, and it never has. I call and email every 2 months or so just to let them know I haven't forgot and i'm still here and waiting. I don't think they care. I guess they would if I ever got my **** out to ********** and found out whoever was in charge of that **** racket they are running.Initial Complaint

In the spring of ***** I purchased twenty silver dollars from American Heritage Bullion. This was just before the country locked down because of the pandemic. I waited about a year before I tried to contact them about my purchase. I was told because of the pandemic they were having trouble filling orders. I understood their problem. Last **** I called again and was told that they were reopening their warehouse and I could expect my purchase later in the summer. I still have not received my purchase so a few weeks ago I went to their website and left them a message concerning my purchase. I left my e-mail address and phone number but received no reply. If they have no silver dollars could they at least offer me something else I could buy?Initial Complaint

Hi BBB, I have placed the order with American Heritage Bullion for 2019 Silver American Eagle BU × 100 through the https://americanheritagebullion.com website on 7/27/2020. The total for this order was ********** I contacted with customer service on the phone XXX-XXX-XXXX almost every month until July 21, 2021. I did send my payment via Zelle in 6 transvers (5x$500 and 1x$176). I started 07/28/2020 and last transfer was done on 08/04/2020. Next few month I tried to confirm that they receive my money and change my order status to payed. They finally did in November 2020. On my question why order was not shipped and when I could expect order processed I received several answers: "Because of COVID Warehouse locked by CA authority", "We will call you when confirm order in warehouse"(never call back), "So many orders upfront of you, wait", "We do not know when we will ship". Finally, I cancel the order on 7/21/2021. I received confirmation about cancelation and note that I will receive refund with Zelle service. I did not receive any money to my account. I contacted American Heritage Bullion on the phone and spoke with representative, contacted manager on Thursday or Friday. Manager ask me to write refund request to they email "********************". I did several times and get nothing back. American Heritage Bullion never reply on my emails. I contacted manage multiple times with request to give me proper phone or email address that she use to communicate to proper person. Manager did not provide any additional information that help me to resolve my problem to get refund. Manager only mention that she will submit my request and I need to write email again. I did wrote email from my another account just in case if my emails ending in junk box. No replies anyway. Now, I am trying to contact you in case BBB could help me. Dear BBB Recipient, On June 5, 2020, I placed an order to purchase X - XXXX Silver American Eagle Coins that totaled $116.16 WebSite ***********************.com .....that is still currently active. ORDER # AHMXXXXXXXXX. I scanned in a personal check and sent it to them by e-mail. Check #**** made to...COIN Collectibles. invoice # **** 1-month expired & no coins received...I contacted them to find out what delay was...."Annie" sales rep stated their warehouse was closed due to Covid -19 restrictions for California...and the coins were 2-months delayed in sending. This story went on from Aug 2020 to July 2021 with Annie stating I would receive my coins once their warehouse was open. Refund was offered .. but I wanted the coins. On July 21, I canceled my order ...in minutes I received an e-mail from them confirming the cancellation. PLEASE NOTE: ***** their manager is very rude & she refuses you to speak with anyone else...no e-mail replies Still waiting for refund check = $116,16.
