    Purchased the all33 Axion Vegan Leather desk chair in July 2022 for $999.00. Since then, both armrests fell off. All contact information for this company is out of service/nonexistent. Made their money through shark tank and celeb endorsements though. Total scam!

    Chair is uncomfortable and armrest on both chairs have fallen off. No response from customer service.

    Chair started falling apart immediately. The arm fell off. No response from their customer service email and their number is disconnected. 1 year later the chair is completely broken at the hinges for the seat still no response from customer service. It's sad because I like the chair but I think this is a complete scam and I would never buy again or recommend. Get another chair.

    I purchased the All33 chair for my office in November 2021. I put the chair together according to the instructions. Less than one year later, the left arm of the chair fell from the chair. I contacted the company and was asked for photos which I sent immediately. I contacted the company on three subsequent occasions and NEVER received a response to my issue. The arm of the chair cannot be replaced on the chair ~ I not have a $750 chair that I cannot use at my desk. My frustration with the failure to reply to my request is greater because the company boasts great customer service. While I appreciate the chair and its elements, I cannot recommend doing business with them. I remain willing to speak to someone from the company and would love to be able to use my chair again.
