This company is advertising on social media instagram as a legit company selling lab grown diamonds. I have DMs and text messages with a representative of the company named ******* confirming the transactions for the sell. After money was sent through Cash App I was promised to receive the 6 carat emerald **** by July 4th which I never received. There was little to no communication after that. My phone calls have gone unanswered. Prior, to this I put a $500 deposit down on the matching ear****s. I have the receipt. It appears this is fraud. The jeweler claimed that celebrities, including *************************** and her family, wear his jewelry, which significantly influenced our decision to make the purchase. We believed we were investing in a high-quality piece from a reputable business.Quality of the Ring: Upon receiving the ring, we found that the quality was significantly below what was advertised. The craftsmanship and materials did not match the luxury and high standards promoted by the jeweler on social media.Sizing Issue: The ring did not fit, despite my husband providing the correct size when placing the order.Lack of Response: We have made multiple attempts to contact Luxe VVS Jewelers to address these issues, request a return, and seek a refund. I placed an order on 7,2 for an engagement ring I made a couple changes and business stated that Average time is 3 weeks (excluding Sundays). Sometimes due to quality inspection, it may take up to ************************************************************************** on 7.13.2023 since that day I have called @20 times sent over 10 text messages and @ 15 dm. ************ does not return calls or messages and have not mailed item. I sent them a message on 8,18,23 after asking status updates which went unanswered my message reads Ok this is my official notice to cancel my order placed on 7.1.2023. I need confirmation of my cancellation and a FULL refund ASAP if I do not hear back from you I will contact my credit card and any other sources deemed necessary until this is resolved. January 18th 2023 I made a order for a engagement ring set that cost me over $3000 After days of trying to get ahold of the company because we never got confirmation about the order details and or answers to questions asked. We became worried this was a scam. It took 7 days for someone named ******* to get back to us. By then I already opened a case with my Credit Card provider. ******* said my emails and calls must have slipped between the cracks. It has now been 22 days with no updates on anything. No shipping dates, no information on where the rings are in production, no nothing. The only phone number provided has a mailbox full so I cant leave a message, ******* has stopped responding to calls, texts, and emails. I have requested my order be canceled but again NO RESPONSE. My next step will be opening a dispute again with my card provider. This company is shady at the very least.
