    This app told me in March 2024 and then twice on 2025 that I have won cash to put in ******. However, they never provide the link to claim any of it. Is there anything that can be done since Service never replies to messages?

    This app is fake and lies. They owe me $16. They claim they pay within 7 days. It's been almost two months. They don't even care to respond to emails to their customers service.

    This app is a scam. I won a $50 raffle in November 2024 but they refuse to send me the money. I have screen shots showing I won and have the email where they say they will send me the money within in 7 business days. I have contacted their customer support several times but only get automated responses saying they have received my message.

    Complete scam. You win the first 5 games then youre in 1st place and watch as the players in the tournaments change constantly until you suddenly lose. Withdrawals dont come through either even after the 14 business day waiting period.

    I have played this game for years and everytime I get enough coins for a gift card or a prize it sold out as I was getting close to the 200 dollars Amazon gift card I checked to see if it was still available and I needed one more scratch off to have enough coins to get it and as soon as I scratched it off I went back to get it and guess what it was sold out they say they restock them but that is a lie this game is a complete SCAM

    I won 100$ USD on the trophy I have waited like 4 weeks and still have not seen my winnings that were supposed to be paid in to my PayPal I feel used and ripped off I have been playing for years on and off and I finally won something

    This app needs to be brought to attention, they are constantly bombarding users with ads. You can never cash out because they never restock gifts or giftcards and on more than one occasion during a scratch off I won actual cash, not coins...cash and I will not be credited it because it will close the window suddenly. That only happens when I get a cash win. I have millions of coins on there that are useless because they won't restock the giftcards.

    Its a scam been playing everyday for months stuck at $9.25 after first couple weeks playing. and when i finally got a enough coins to get the $1 gift card, it disappears out your options for me but is still an option for my cousin... wasted a couple months. im uninstalling
