      First, I have never had any type of plastic surgery before this procedure. So, I really did not know what to expect. I had just had a baby so needed to be able to take care of her, why I went with a non-invasive procedure. And yes, I researched this procedure for years even before he had an office in TN. I did this right when COVID had just started and hospitals had shut down elective surgeries. My consultation was done with pics from home thru email and over the phone with the patient concierge {I was told because of COVID}. I was then sent over how much and what procedures were recommended I needed to do which was lipo on back bra rolls and full abdomen with a tiny tuck. I wanted to have fat transferred to my breast (up a cup). She told me that was not possible and I should go to Victoria ****** and buy a water bra? She charged my card almost a month before the procedure was even scheduled. I did ask her who my surgeon was going to be since I never spoke to him (***************************) and was he even going to go over anything before we began the procedure, she said yes. I got everyone together to help with my baby and went in for the procedure. I went into the office. I was taken back to a room. Got undressed and put on these very tiny undergarments, knowing now it was for pics. I asked him at that moment could fat be transferred to my *******, he said yes. However, if I came to his office, he could do a breast lift with implants and a full tummy tuck. The most uncomfortable part is when everyone including the receptionist came in while Im pretty much standing there with no clothes on for my before pics and talking to him about the procedure. I had prepared everything/one for me to have this procedure. Now everyone is coming and going, my surgeon is now telling me to come to his office to have this done. I really did not know what to do, I had gotten everyone together to have this done. Plus, this was noninvasive which is what I wanted and with all the research this should have never happened. Oh, and yes you are awake, I remember feeling pain twice and saying oww Im guessing he numbed the area more.

      I had 3 procedures done on 3-30-23 (lipo of arms, abdomen and transfer to buttocks) the procedure was sold to me to have 1-2 day down time and I would see the results promised. The transfer was not done. I am 1 month out and I can't return to full work due to the pain and recovery. No difference is seen in my abdomen. Elite admitted the buttocks was subpar and they refuse to refund my money or address the lack of results. I spent $17,000 on misrepresentations and theft. They assaulted my body and gave me nothing but lies. I can't use my arms. I have uncontrollable pain. Nickel sized gashes when it was to be pin sized incisions. I have the pictures from before ave after all emails

      I tested positive for Covid today and starting showing symptoms last night. I was not able to come into the office on Wednesday March 29, 2023. I cancelled the consult/procedure due to impending health issues that I was made aware of this morning, as I am scheduling a biopsy. I would like a full refund, as I am unable to continue with the procedure. Additionally during the procedure scheduling I was not made aware that I was paying in full. I provided information but never signed authorization for payment of any procedure. I did not receive a contract from them. I was charged on two credit cards and through my care credit account. I did not receive any services. I appreciate your assistance in this matter.

      December 10, 2021 - ******* I went to Elite Body Sculpture after waiting a long time to do this procedure, very excited to remove the red lines of my stomach and other areas of fat that kept me from feeling secure as a woman. They promised it was the same outcome as being put fully under anesthetic after myself asking numerous times if it was the same result. After around 2-3 months I noticed no difference and lumps on may rib cage. The staff told me to wait until 6 months and they promised not to forget about me and yet promised again I would be ok and satisfied. At the 6 month mark I had to beg for my money back after stating about the no difference and lumps on my stomach and rib cage. They said it didn't work properly because they have a new technique which wasn't available in December, so they said the only thing they can do is do it again with the new technique when I didn't want to do this, I just simply wanted my money back as enough physical and mental damage was done. After they booked me in to do another treatment the lumps got worse and I now have an adrenal gland problem, which I got verified from my Dr. at ****** ****** They simply laugh at me and claim not to ignore my polite phone calls and emails. Nobody should be treated this way or have this much physical damage done to there body as 25 year old woman who was just trying to do something for herself, not knowing this much damage was going to come out of it. I have and other friends have witnessed this company lying and editing their images and making false promises. I would never speak badly of a business, but over the course of 6 months they have truly laughed at me and taken my patience and kindness for granted. The immense stress and medical issues this company has caused me, the least they could do is refund me. I look forward to your reply and please let me know if you need anymore information. I paid ****** by card and ******* by cash.

      4/16/21 - Fat transfer to breast proceedure -Went in during year consultation to show lumps and large scars from insertion points and the surgeon would not look at me again until I would go back to the weight when I recieved the surgery, -Payed 17k for a procedure that looks not great -Will not respond to my request for before and after pictures

      I spent over *** to yield absolutely zero results. This place scams people our of money. Do NOT go here. When you confront the company about the issue they stop responding to you entirely. Good luck getting the same contact back on the phone - the turnover rate is ******* They prescribe narcotics PRIOR to surgery, which is illegal. They have zero concern about your safety. They violate ***** and several other policies. Do NOT go here. Ever. You will waste your time and money. The company is all about greed. You can easily see online that the owner of the company makes 600k per year. They are only out to collect funds and NOT actually treat you for what you went for.

      landhuis brokerag Never fixed anything. Ignored every message even left the lock box on the door the entire year i lived there and would not come get it. she didn't even tell me there was no gas on in the house. I moved in with my two children in April and it was freezing and it was over a weekend so I had to wait to call the gas company to get the gas turned on. When i moved out i used a company i am in partnership with to do the carpet cleaning. chasity the property manager made crazy claims stating i was lying and it was a fake receipt and repeatedly called me a liar. I did have dogs and she did actually charge me $**** dog deposit When it was time to do my move out she refused to do a walk-through with me and I asked her multiple times and gave her multiple options of times we could meet she refused. which she really has no excuse not to do a walk-through considering she lives in the same neighborhood she then proceeds to tell me that my dogs urinated all over the carpets which my dogs are kenneled or outside so there's no possibility that they could have urinated in the house. she then says that I was the first tenant that ever lived there. My surrounding neighbors let me know that there was a tenant before me and I moved in right after she moved out and the carpets were not cleaned and this woman had at least 3 to 4 great Danes in the house and she was sub letting the house. Which she must have had the gas turned off right away even knowing i was moving in. so now Chasity the property manager is charging me for a previous tenants damage. not only is she trying to charge me but she had a carpet cleaning company come out and price quote above their normal pricing. A $900 carpet cleaning bill she even put a tip of 77 dollars fir the carpet cleaning. Guess that is the cost for a company to charge inflation which is absolutely unheard of ! I work in the cleaning company Business and I have for the past 10 years and I have many associates who also own

      I am completely **** dissatisfied with the results of my procedure at Elite Body Sculpture of Houston with Dr. *** in June ***** My procedure costed a little over ******** and my body looks exactly the same as before my procedure. In fact, my ********** (which I did not receive any surgery on) immediately started to increase in size shortly after my procedure. Also, the abdomen area between my rib **** (which I also did not receive any surgery on) immediately started to increase in size shortly after my procedure. When I went in for my 1 week post opp appt, Dr. *** came in and looked at me very quickly, didnt make any comments on my results or healing, and he informed me that he had to leave because he was in the middle of ******** and needed to get back. I stopped him to inquire about why my ********** and upper abdomen area were increasing in size. Dr. *** ************ stated that it was because of ************ and walked out of the room. My 1 week post opp appt with Dr. *** lasted only about 2 minutes, and his communication was very reticent. My 1 week post opp visit was the only time I ever seen Dr. *** since my surgery. Upon arrival at my 1 month post opp appt, I was informed by the rec. that Dr. *** was in surgery, and would not be able to see me. At my 3 month post opp appt. and my 6 month post appt, I was informed that Dr. *** was in surgery and could not see me. I called the office back 2 weeks later to reschedule my 6 month post opp appointment. The rec. informed me that Dr. *** was no longer employed with Elite. I reached out to the Elite corporate office, and they advised me to contact the Elite HR dept in Houston. I reached out, and the staff member in ** informed me ***** ******* that she couldn't help me because Dr. *** was no longer ******** at Elite and hung up the phone. Both my ***** ********** ******* is huge now, and extremely noticeable. It's very ************ & impossible to ********* This experience has really taken a toll on me *********

      I went to elite body sculpt because I needed a procedure done removing fat from my arms they advertise it as non-invasive same day recovery no pain come to find out it's just liposuction and they're charging four times as much money it's deceitful! I was in pain after I had blood and fluid coming out of me for 4 days they never gave us any aftercare instructions they gave us a small pamphlet the person who is driving me they didn't give her any information they're supposed to numb you during the procedure and they ended up not numbing me enough and I felt everything I feel completely deceived they suggest using care credit which you make payment plans on thinking that it will be paid off in the 24 months in reality if you don't pay it off and make your payments larger in the 24 months they charge a $**** interest so I am literally paying $****** for Lipo on two arms!!!! that's the cost of a tummy tuck and Lipo on your stomach

      February 2021 I had laser *********** of my ******** ******* and *** ***** By day 2 I was in a lot of pain. I took my garment off and noticed a very dark ******* wound and a significant ******* I was told not to worry the ******* was caused by the garment and the crease will go away. I went in for a check as the pain where the dark ******* was was ******** I was told it's a ******* but given ***** ******* to treat it ( which I know is used to treat burns) and told both the ****** and spot would get better with time. Well the ****** , ****** and wound never got ******* **. ******** became **** at this point. I opted to have another doctor do my 6 month check up. The look on **. ****** face said it all. But he agreed to try and fix it. By doing a ******** which was done in October. It's not any better and I feel *********** **. ****** says it can be fixed with a tummy tuck. But Elite no longer offers them. So I can go to **. ****** practice but it will cost ********* to do. I would like to have my stomach fixed at no charge or a refund so I can go get it fixed. I shouldn't have to pay to fix this I spent a lot of money to have a nice smooth flat stomach. I was better off with a little **** It was at least smooth and not ***********
