I have been dealing w/ Augusta for about 10 years. I have been satisfied in every way. 4 or so years ago I contacted Ms. ****** ********* to process my RMD. She has been absolutely first class each year. I can't think of anything that she could do better. Each year when I email her I dread that she may have moved to another position.
