In order to get our key to our room after an exhausting 8 hour drive, we were told we had to agree to attend a breakfast with a sales presentation. We even had to put down a deposit to ensure we would attend the meeting. We were so tired at that point, we agreed. We went into the presentation with the firm decision that we were not going to purchase anything, however, we were manipulated until we gave into the pressure. We honestly felt like the only way we would get out of that room was by saying yes. After our purchase we immediately felt buyers remorse and attempted to reach out to your company to cancel our contract, however, we were informed that the ONLY person who handled cancellations was out due to Covid. We missed our cancellation time frame because of this. This was not our fault and you should honor our ability to cancel this contract. We have lost sleep and peace of mind because of this horrendous purchase. We want out of this contract immediately.Initial Complaint

Did a timeshare presentation at PB, Declined a timeshare, they wouldnt let us go without an exit interview where they sold us a travel club membership. They totally misrepresented the product, they sold us a deal where we would get 3 weeks 2 bedroom properties all around the world at a maximum of $499 per week. We asked to see the website so they could show us examples, they just gave us a load of promises of lots of availability etc. they also promised $60 per day all inclusive (members rate) its a thallus $130pd. We did not receive the log in information for over 30 days, I feel this is intentionally delayed so you cant see the lack of product and to make you go past any legal rights you have to cancel. Upon receiving the log in information and taking a look, there is literally next to no availability anywhere within the price range agreed on the contract, there certainly arent any 2 beds. 98% are studios on the very little that is available. This is highly unethical to tourists
