    I called before making purchase to confirm 2 day shipping. I then immediately made the purchase including 2 day. After the order was placed 3 days went by before receiving the shipping information. 2 day was not applied to my order on the sellers end. After calling again I was told they remember the conversation and would submit for the return. I then received a email stating the Seller would not correct the problem and wants to charge me for the shipping and the return rerouting package back to them. Nothing was mentioned on the phone about additional cost. Bad communication, ********************** No concern for customers satisfaction.

    Thank you for your feedback! We take all customer complaints seriously. After reviewing, we can see that you ordered online through our website and that you selected standard UPS Ground shipping, not expedited shipping. The lead time with standard shipping is 5 to 10 business days, and your order was on track to deliver within 8 business days. We did offer to redirect your package so that you could receive it at another location (which is much less expensive than expedited shipping), however you declined and asked us to have the shipment returned to our warehouse. When we called you to explain the return shipping information, you hung up on our customer service representative.

    Our return policy (including information about the cost of return shipping) is posted online for you to review before placing an order. We apologize for any confusion and for the unfortunate circumstances.
