      Excessive Mailing.I have received **** direct mailers to my house mailbox. Despite unsubscribing online, and calling directly to request them to stop mailing, I received another unsolicited mailer.The business rep I spoke to 6 weeks ago confirmed the request was received, but I received another today. Either they ignored the request or they are mailing more frequently than every 6 weeks, either one is a problem.These mailings are unwanted, they clog my mailbox, and are a waste of paper and money. I am sick of having to process them. The business should be sanctioned in some way.I am already signed up for DONOTMAIL.gov, and I believe this is a violation of that, not to mention poor business practice for not stopping unwanted mail.

For 22 years, we have aggressively and successfully tracked removal requests, which we then pass to our mailing department to ensure they are removed from future mailings.       Yesterday, Saturday, Sept 3 we had a service associate from Service Masters come to look at a air conditioner that they had installed 6 years ago that was leaking water in the house. He was here for 6 hours and was unable to find the problem. He said he couldnt come back until Wednesday, September 7, then he turned it on and left. One half hour later it completely stopped working! We are experiencing 100 degree+ weather. I am a bedridden senior and have three grandchildren 6 and under living with me, one is a down cendrum child. This morning another repair man came just to say he could not fix it until Wednesday, also. Today is supposed to be 114 degrees and to continue until Wednesday. We are having trouble surviving!

      Service Champions was out on 9/8/22 and provided the necessary repairs at no charge to get ****************** system working. We have contacted ************** and confirmed she is happy. No further action is needed at this time.

      Around May 2022 we experienced a backed up shower in my parents house. Since Service Champions had performed other work on the house (A/C, Heating, Duct Work) we called them out to look at the plumbing. The employees who came out attempted to snake the drain and when they could not, sent a camera down to look at the pipes.It was determined that most likely they would have to replace pipes in 1 bathroom, partially under the house and in the front yard. My father was quoted a price, which was agreed to (and paid) and we were told 4-5 days for the job.Day 1 (Friday)- the employees came out and dug our half of the bathroom floor that my 7 year old daughter and I share, dug a hole in the backyard, I. The front yard and created 6 holes in the walls. 3 days later (Monday) they came out and ended up cracking the main line and had to call out extra help to do the full repair. 4 Days later (Friday) we had still not heard from the company, half of the bathroom floor was still gone, and holes were still everywhere. ******mpany was called and we were told that the permit for the work was never filed and this was going to delay the inspection to allow the work to be done. Another week later and 1 star review on ******* the manager came out and said that they would have the inspector come out the next *** and they would fill in the holes.At this point a 4-5 days job is at 2 weeks. It would be another 3 weeks until EVERYTHING was completed. This is after they did a horrible job on laying concrete and never sent anyone out to look at the work. Employees kept getting sent out to finish parts of the job backwards (place the vanity back on uneven Concrete in front of open holes, only put in to patch 2 of the 6 holes, etc...) when someone finally noticed that tole could not be placed o. ****** concrete they fixed the issue and laid the tile and replaced all the fixtures. I put the grout in because they did not. Now they want an additional $4300, for what? It has been 2 months

We explained there is no additional money due and they will no longer receive calls from us regarding payment. We are truly sorry for this misunderstanding.       Service Champions was called the week of Thanksgiving regarding a plumbing blockage problem at our Residence. During their initial investigation they were told where we believed the problem was in the rear bathroom. We have a raised foundation so they went under the house, ran a camera thru the piping and determined we had deteriorating drain piping system that needed to be replaced from the rear bathroom to the front bathroom. The provided a formal quote of $4,200 to perform the work which we accepted, they also provide a verbal quote of $13K +,- to replace all the drain piping and main lines which we did not accept Within a day or so after completing the work the back bathroom shower and toilet backed up and flooded all over the floor. They were called and came back out to assess their work and make any such repairs. At that time we found out that they had not repaired/replaced the piping form the back to front bathrooms they had only repaired replace form the middle bathroom to the front bathroom.In any event they said that had completed the repairs only to again find out that when we ran the shower and flushed the toilet it again backed up all over the floor.They then came back a 3rd time and water jetted the line telling us "it was a clog in the line that just needed to be pushed thru and everything should be fine "Monday of this week my wife did laundry and everything backed up onto the rear bathroom shower and toilet and overflowed onto the floor. At this time we had had enough with Service Champions. We told them we were not satisfied with the work they performed and as they state " 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied". We told them we were getting another quoted from another Plumbing Service Contractor.We had that service company come out yesterday, they went under the house and ran a camera thru the lines only to discover the initial problem with the pipe and where the clogged has occur had never been touched, nothing done

      This business continuously sends me junk mail every couple of weeks. To make their spam look like a real letter, they use the name of ************************* with a *********** address. I never requested to be put on their mailing list and I do not know they got my name and address.
