      Getting phone calls and cannot tell them my address because they dont want my money. They only want to harrass me leaving multiple messages from a Mr. ********* I spoke with him and he refused to send me a bill for the loan company that went out of business during Covid 19. You guys need to grow up!!!

      Worst company Ive ever had to deal with. ******************************* was unprofessional and passive aggressive towards my spouse, even as far as to post on ******** about the situation. Disrespectful towards our wishes and was lazy beyond comprehension writing the loan. Definitely not for the veteran. Basically created a conventional loan instead of a VA Loan. Every step was a fight. Thank God we stopped the process and didnt continue with them. Do not use this company let alone *******!!!

      Terrible company!We changed homeowners insurance and they were sent an invoice multiple times to disburse payment from escrow and we were notified several weeks later by the insurance company that they hadnt received payment and would be canceling the policy if funds werent received by a particular day. After hours of trying to reach a person with AFN we were told that it was taken care of.Fast forward 5 months later and our HOA sent us a letter stating that they needed proof of insuranceimagine the surprise when we call the insurance company and they said they canceled the policy because they never received payment! We have been uninsured for 5 months in south Fla! Hurricane central! To give you an idea of how inept this company is they didnt even purchase a policy and bill us which they are required to do if we dont have a policy !!!!! And now a new policy cost us 20% more than it did 5 months ago!!!! Horrible company! We shouldnt have to pay for their mistakes!!!

      Hi we were pressured into a mortgage we can not afford. When we started the conversation with American Financial Network we had gotten a letter stating we didn't have to pay mortgage insurance anymore and could refinance because we had insurance long enough. I thought I had heard something like that so we talked to *******************. He told us he could save us a bunch of money and pay off some things. As the process went on he took more things off the table he had promised. Every time I questioned or changed my mind ******************* talked us out of it. In the end only a few things were paid off and o0r mortgage payment was approximately $500 more. My husband and I are seniors and disabled. I feel we were taken advantage of and the loan should never goof been approved. We gross $5133.80 from social security. Our expenses without food or car gas are $3350.00 and the new mortgage is $2045.00. The first payment was last month we paid it on the 15th. The month of **** is due and we don't have the money because last we started $2045 in the hole. American Financial Network sold the loan before the first payment was made. Also there was a lien on our house and they said it was a balloon payment coming due and needed to be paid. We have since found out this wasn't true.

      We have purchased 6 houses and this has been the easiest process we have ever experienced. ******* in *******, ** was awesome. He made us comfortable right from the start and worked with our level of understanding (older adults who are not computer savvy) to keep the process moving and never stressed us out. His communication was excellent and always timely. He sent us the milestone progress notes so we never wondered how things were going. If we had any questions he was ready with answers and if he wasnt in the office, he called ** back within a few hours (even after his working hours were done). Everyone in the office was friendly and efficient and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend and would not hesitate to work with them again!

      I was about to make a huge mistake going with a very well known company, but once I started having issues with them my agent recommended I check these guys out and I am forever great full I did! Anyone in the military or a veteran, I highly recommend American Financial Network!
