On 05/13/2024 California Roadside/Brea Towing made a car drop off in the parking lot right next to our customers car. It was a very dangerous drop off and we told the driver that he should not be dropping so close to vehicles. He did not listen and when trying to leave he hit the car. We tried calling the office to get insurance information with no on calling back or giving any type of information on how to file an insurance claim against them. We have multiple witness, photos and video.

In January 2023, I requested gas from AAA, who in turned used Brea Towing to provide that service. My tank was completely empty with no ability to make it to the gas station. Brea towing sent out a technician who proceeded to put gas into the vehicle and then departed.About an hour later, I needed to pick up my mother from a doctor's ***** and got in my vehicle to drive. Approximately 1/2 mile out, my car began to hesitate and shudder when gas was applied. I made it to pick her my mother up, but upon turning out of the parking lot, the car seized and turned off.As a result, I had to contact AAA again to request a tow. They then towed my car to our local ********** and they informed me that they could not figure out what was making it seize and told me to tow directly to the dealership. I had it towed to the dealership 01/09, and after troubleshooting, they were able to determine that it was the gas quality. They provided me with pictures detailing that over a 1/3 of my gasoline contained water, which resulted in a bill for $698.I reached out to AAA, who then told me that their contractor, Brea Towing would be reaching out to me regarding this claim, and spoke with ******. He indicated that he spoke with the technician and that the technician that supplied the gas assured him that the can was sealed and that there was no way that it could have come from them. I reiterated that I had zero gas at the time it was filled, to which he replied, we'll it appears that we have made several visits out there to replenish gas and I looked up your car it appears to have had an engine recall. I said yes, and yes, but what is that in relation to what happened to my car. He told me that he in his 30 yrs, he has never had an incident where this has happened, but stated that he would run it up the chain of command and asked that I send him the bill and the pictures. I did both on 1/20. Since then, there have been ZERO follow up to my inquiries.
