  This service is ripping off by not fisclosing all the fees, instead, they charge you as you go. Ended up paying twice as much, while they are slow and not doing the job right. I got 2 eviction cases at the same time and they told me it would take 3 months, at month 5th, they told me it would be another 8, while my friends have it done at other service gor it done within 3.I wish i knew this, i could have offer cash for key to get the property ******* not go with this, they'll never answer your lhone by the way.

  This company is a scam! I don't understand how these people are still in business. The *** or state or someone should investigate these people! I cannot warn people enough! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CRIMMINALS!I did actually call the ***. Hopefully something will be done.***** *.

  Bad customer service. Dont get involved and waste your money. You get put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. Then put on hold again hoping that YOU hang up! I know this company is scamming me. I will post the outcome later. I was quoted 699 charged 719.

  Very bad,experienced I contacted them on February 27th because I saw their advertisement Eviction for ****** I asked **** who open the file what is the hidden charges he said court fees for file the unlawful detainer for $240.00 and if I need a lawyer to represent me it will be $500.00 unlimited time. I even asked for writ notice and ********* was told $175.00 I have paid the ****** and signed the papers to have started the Eviction The Eviction took place on March 09th and on the 13th I received an email with all the complaints to sign which it calls the unlawful Detainer.I emailed on the 27th of March to check I'd the documents has been filed there was no response.4 weeks later I am getting a call that it was file....really another month you were sitting on the case?Now they charged me ****** for court fee, ****** I don't know for what? And finally my tenant was served.It took them long to check with the court and now they are changing me ************************************* the contract it says $95.00 And now they are drawing my opposition which they charge me ****** because it is rush work and 500 for the lawyer which he never came to court.Please do yourself a favor DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I contacted them yesterday and tried today from them to cxl my account with them and not to charge anything with my CC and bank account on file But they changed me still ****** without my authority.This company should be closed by the bar association

  They took $900.00 from me and I have questions about my probate case and refused to speak with me and I lost everything to them and even cut my own hair off and I am upset as it is. I gave them paperwork and don't even seem to care to help me out and I am fumid as it is. I want my money back and I had questions and they slammed the phone in my face.

  They should not be allowed to run this business. They took my money in august for eviction and never served any notices to the tenants. Its extremely hard to get in touch with anyone, after multiple calling and emailed, finally some called me back after I wrote that I will drive to the office because I think they are fraud! That delayed my case over a month so the tenant keep living rent free!! After all my frustration, I was told to schedule a phone consultation. The guy that called me was 30 mins late! And after I started questioning him why did they took my money august and never file, and he couldnt give me any clear answers to next process and stated getting angry with me and at one point he started yelling at me so I hung up. Its stressful enough to have tenant living rent free and damaging you house and when you hire lynx legal to help, you loose faith in people: Bottom line, BBB needs to shut them down! How many people are they take advantage off before BBB steps in!

  WARNING: do not USE LYNX LEGAL SERVICE. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They didn't do anything for my eviction case. They were supposed to issue the 3-day notice letter, but the tenant left on his own. I called before they issued the 3-day notice to ask them to refund me the money or at least a portion of the money since they didn't absolutely anything, but they refused to even listen to me. They are rude and condescending.

  WARNING do not USE LYNX LEGAL SERVICE .DO NOT TRUST THEM. They advertise $699 for Eviction and they specified underneath what it including . to do the service Professional preparation of unlawful detainer summons and complaint and supporting documents by Registered Legal Document Assistant. Over the counter filing of unlawful detainer Case Documents **************************** of initial. After they collate from you $699 they hold the case for about 10 days. Hopefully the tenant will move, and they dont have to start. After you call a few times, they serving the *****. Then they going to church you addition $200 on your card without even telling you when you call to ask they tell you this is a court fee later on they tell you it processing court fee. It mean you paid them 899 before they do. unlawful detainer Case Documents. after I have waiting more than three months and I see nothing happened with my case, I offer the tenant $1000 to move out a week after he move out, I got email from them that finally after 3 1/2 months, I got default from Judge and this before even going to court because I saddle with the tenant and gave him $1000 to move out (Cash like that with other lawyer should take one month it mean I lost two unnecessarily months with them which its $5000 of rent) Lynx not honest, CHARGING Your card WITHOUT PERMISSION .UNHELPFUL VERY unprofessional BAD SERVICE.

  They are a scam. Do NOT TRUST THEM. They took $699 and served a letter that didn't have a legal letterhead, nor a server name attesting they did serve, and used my name as the signature on the letter. I reported it to my bank to reverse the charges.They are predatory on people who are desperate. They should be stopped.

  I signed on with Lynx Legal service thinking everything is in good hands, I gave them all of my personal information and credit card information as well but I started become suspicious when ********************* called me back later asking for another credit card because that one was declined?That never happens, and I always get email notifications of ALL transactions, but I never got one this time? So I gave **** a different card number and I used my credit card app to check my transactions and nothing new in the last few days came up for that card, a few moments later ********************* called back again saying this one was also declined? Theres definitely something strange going on, and when I checked him on this he became very irate and angry and started to yell at me about "are you accusing me of lying to you" and "do you think I'm trying to scam you? I told him yes I do think that!I hung up the phone and immediately locked both credit card accounts. Don't do business with these crooks.
