Went to ************************* sat in one of the booths saw a small rat walking along the wall of the restaurant and head towards another booth. I told the ****** about what my family saw and he said its ok we have a rat problem. That was so unexpected from him and I asked to speak to a manager and they never came we paid our bill and left. This restaurant was closed down for rodents a few months ago I suggest that they do a better job before it gets out of control.Initial Complaint

We were not able to travel to ********** to attend Knotts Berry Farm on Mar 14, 2025 due to my husbands illness. I purchased a protection plan from Fanshield in the event we would not be able to make it. They have asked for doctors notes which I provided and they still refuse to refund the $221 I paid for the tickets. I am very upset about losing all this money and do not feel its fair for Knotts Berry Farm to keep it without even giving me an option for a raincheck. In additon, we heard on the news that the weather was bad on that day. Any assistance you can provide in refunding my money will be greatly appreciated. thank youInitial Complaint

The date I felt I was discriminationed against at Knots Berry Farm, I went to guest service on 3/1/2025 for a disabilities park pass, I need support from my party, because I can't stand for long period of time. They gave me a pass for myself to walk up and down rides, where no place to sit, however for my party to wait for me in the general line, and I need any support while waiting for them, then I would have to call them out of the general line to come and help me. Having to start the process all over again. The staff were rude and I felt discrimination against, and they wanted to determine my disabilities, which made me feel I had to explain disabilities at an uncomfortable level.Initial Complaint

5 adults and 1 child visited Knott's Berry Farm on January 2 2025. We took the train ride at ***** hours with some interactive bandits show. The actor bandits were rude, threatening, unethical, and ruined our whole experience. While they were enacting their interactive show, one of the bandits left the supposed "fake gun" in his holster right into my husband's face. We obviously assumed that being an interactive show, we are part of the act. However, my husband tried to move the gun to play the part. However, the bandit got aggressive and began threatening and insulting my husband in an abusive manner. He said, and I quote, "Don't you ever do that again, I'll get you thrown out. If I ever see you again, I'll get you thrown out forever." Both the bandit actors began terrorizing my husband for no reason. Everyone on the train was shocked, and the bandits was not acting. Bandit continued, "These are real blanks, and we also carry real guns which can hurt you or kill you." My husband said that's not a real gun. The bandit said, "But we carry real guns." So, from what I understand, Knott's Berry Farm allows and permits their employees to carry real guns loaded with bullets and/or blanks, putting everyone's, especially children's lives at risk over a fun interactive show. Then, they insult and threaten customers without any instructions and warnings. Their season pass is not cheap. We are not there to indulge their rude, unethical, and extremely dangerous behavior. If Knott's Berry Farm provides interactive shows, it's for guests to enjoy and not be threatened by their employees with real guns and abuses. I inquired about their names and details, but they disappeared after threatening my husband with abusive behavior. I want to talk to someone at a higher level regarding this matter. We are 13 people who bought season pass and this behavior is unacceptable.Initial Complaint

On September 21st, a fraudulent charge was made on my credit card for $784.17 for Knott's Berry Farm tickets and $440 for 6 flags tickets. I contacted the *************** and filed a fraud dispute. **** researched the dispute and concluded that since I received the tickets via email, my claim was denied. I did some searching online and found that this same scam with 6 Flags and Knott's Berry Farm has happened to many other people:**************************************************************************************************************************** seems very suspicious that myself and others received tickets via email to cement the proof of purchase and I suspect that it is possibly the work of an employee within the company. Additionally, I was in the air, flying on a plane to Europe when the fraudulent charge was made and I was out of the country for 2 weeks, so clearly I did not have any intention of going to 6 Flags or Knott's Berry Farm.I am seeking a refund in the amount of $784.17 from Knott's Berry Farm.Initial Complaint

I went to Knotts Berry Farm on 11/11/2024 I was unable to utilize the park. I'm disabled in a wheelchair, bathrooms we're not accessible foodlines we're not accessible for handicap could not get my wheelchair thru lines and the customer service line was so long to get a pass to rides line was extremely long and then when I tried to get a pass for my autistic child was told she didn't qualify I spoke to customer.service 800 number and ***** told me that we look at visible handicap that we can see and then for the others we have to evaluate the person. I told them when I was in the line at customer service I express my needs and frustrations with bo accessibility for my wheelchair for restrooms and for food lines and ride pass the gentleman in the line said well call customer service. I called the following day and filed a complaint ***** gave me a *** ref# I told him I want a refund he said it will take 7-10 days for someone to reach out. This experience was horrible. I was embarrassed trying to go thru food lines indropped my food because my scooter was banging up against the poles and buildings trying to maneuver and the restrooms I could find once in we're closed floor wet and sinks leaking I do have pictures and i told ***** I did as well. Ive been to Lego land and ****** and both places getting pass for disabled person and having access to lines and restrooms and parking and parking with shuttles no problem. This was unacceptable and the workers were rude and myself and alot of disabled individuals I was in line with whom were handicap were treated unfairly and wrong. My rights as a handicap person have been violated at this establishment. It's not cheap and to be there all day not being able to use food pass and park ticket as intended for is wrong. And to tell me because my child's disability is not visible is wrong.Initial Complaint

On Saturday, October 26, 2024 my 17 year old daughter paid $10.00 each (total $20.00) for herself and a friend to play the "Candy Rush" carnival game at Knott's Berry Farm. At the time My daughter and her friend were the only contestant the game. Despite there being a sign stating "Minimum 2 Players" the female attendant made them wait eight minutes until other contestants emerged. Neither my daughter nor her friend won a single match and were thus denied the "small" plushy they were trying to win. I did not find out about the incident until the following day (Sunday, October 27) when my daughter visited at a house I was working on, and I asked her how her trip to ************ was. She said "fine", hesitated and then said "except we got cheated on a game" (she then described the details to me). I put my tools away and immediately drove to *******. At the advice of the Gate Attendant we first tried to resolve the matter at the ****************** where we spoke to Mich. Mich told us that since my daughter and her friend had played the game that she (Mich) could not refund my daughters money. I advised Mich that my daughter did not want her money back, but that her and her friend only wanted the small plushies they would have won. Mich was unable to grant this request. Mich called a Gaming Supervisor (******) who came to the ****************** and denied the $20.00 refund (that my daughter did not ask for) and refused our request for (2) small plushies (one for each girl). We then spoke to ********* at ************** and a Games Manager named Mayabel. Both ********* and Mayabel both held the "company line" on not being able to refund the $20.00 that we never asked them to refund in the first place and Mayabel also refused our request for (2) small plushies. All four of the park employees refused to give me the address for Six Flags/Cedar Fair corporate offices.Initial Complaint

My wife and I visited Knott's Berry Farm on Wednesday, 11/13/2024, and were having an amazing day up until the moment we were confronted by an extremely rude and disrespectful employee named ******* as we were standing in line for the Pony Express ride around 5:20 PM. As we approached the boarding area and entered through the turnstile, we proceeded to the front row divider and were excited to experience what appeared to be a very fun ride. Several minutes later, ******* approached us and with a very mean look on her face, asked us how we got here. My wife and I looked at each other in confusion as to why we were being interrogated and responded by telling her we walked over here. ******* proceeded to chastise us in a very mean tone by saying, "Next time, you need to wait until I tell you where to go!" We proceeded to tell her that there was no one near the turnstile to direct us where to go, so we just walked over to this line. ******* then gave us a dirty look and walked away looking upset at us.Needless to say, this encounter really affected both my and my wife's overall mood and experience visiting this amusement park, which we will not be revisiting anytime soon as well as warning everyone in our personal and professional social circles about how this park's employees mistreats its guests.
