      I ordered on August 21, 2024 through Instagram via an advertisement and it took my payment through the Shop app which I wasnt aware of and the contact listed was at ************************************ I didn't realize that my package was coming out of ***** but I know the corporate office is in **********, which is near me and their warehouse is located in ******* so I was confused why it was coming from *****. The measuring cups on was both bottles were broken and the protective seal on one of them was compromised. It took longer than expected to receive the package and when I did receive it the packaging was heavily damaged on both items. Ive tried reaching out numerous times via email and through their customer care number with no response back and its real frustrating and dissatisfying. I still haven't been able to make any contact with a human representative of their company.

      I purchased a diffuser and 8 oils. I received only the diffuser. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company regarding my missing items. Via email and 3 different social media messengers. They also have a 7 day refund policy which isnt fair since they refuse to respond to you how can they honor that? I want what I paid for or my money back.

Additionally, Claimant ********************* was refunded the entire amount of the product to show our good faith and in recognition of our negligence. Again today, our **************** Supervisor June has reached out to ******* via email and apologized again for the inconvenience caused due to late response. We are an established company and have been in business for a while and stand by our after-sale service and take pride in writing this. We totally believe in the adage that ******** always comes first.  We believe, we have fulfilled our obligation and resolved the matter.  As soon as we hear back from ********************* pursuant to our CS Team reaching out to her today, I will forward the response to you too. Meantime, please feel free to reach out to her at your end to satisfy the contents of this mail.

      I placed an order on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 12:00pm. The items ordered were as follows: GuruNanda Coconut + ********************** (8oz) 2, GuruNanda Concentrated Mouthwash (3-Pack) 1, GuruNanda Dual Barrel Oxyburst Whitening Mouthwash (20 oz) 2, Advanced ******************* for ************ 1. The order totaled $124.76 USD. Today, Sunday, July 16, 2023 I received a kit with 3 mouthwashes instead of my order. This kit isn't even available for sale on the website. I went online to check my order and it states it is unfulfilled but paid for. I would like a refund please for this orde. I feel it was deceptive to send me a kit that isn't even for sale on the website. It seems they threw together items and still charged me $124! please see attached photos. Please refund immediately!

      This business and their paid affiliates are giving out dangerous information. One of their affiliates told pregnant women to rub peppermint essential oil on their belly which is not only irresponsible but dangerous and can lead to a miscarriage or stillbirth. They block and mute anyone who says they are wrong. Very dangerous practice and someone needs to step in and question their wrongdoings.

      I have tried to reach out to this business over 5 times through the site and 2 times from my direct email for status of my order and they never responded. I never received my product or update on a refund for not receiving an order I placed. I emailed every day and they never replied or even acknowledged the emails. I believe this site is a scam and stealing peoples money and that is why I am reporting them. Any help is appreciated as I never received the product or my money back.

      Hello my name is ***********************. I order some products for my teeth on November 22 which I realize that a shipping label was made for the product but it was never shipped out so I called throughout the week to try to speak to someone about the issue which for some reason every time I call either someone is hanging up in my face I am sent straight to voicemail. Ive called a few times and left a message and I also emailed them about the problem. I have not received a response about anything and the product is still sitting there as if they never sent it out so at this point I just wanna refund..Thank you so much.

      I placed my transaction with this company 11/22 and received my package 3 weeks later. Upon finally receiving my box, after I opened it I realized they sent me the wrong box. I ordered the 2.0 box that cost $99.99 dollars. The box they sent me was there 1.0 that is valued at $39 and doesn't carry the same products. I have tried multiple times this past week trying to contact someone through email, *** tok, and their chat message. And no one is responding. I would love to have the correct box I paid for and a?return of my money for the inconvenience. But at this point I would take anything. I'm writing in hopes you can help. I hope they are not scamming people and this was an honest mistake.

      I have placed 3 orders with this company.1. 10/11/22 2. 10/14/22 3. 10/19/22 1. Order was fine. No issues.2. STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THIS ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!3. SEVERELY DISSATISFIED WITH PURCHASE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!First it took them way too long to even respond to my emails. 4 ATTEMPTS BEFORE ASSISTED! As of today 10/27/22 Ive been given no explanation where my second order is and they blatantly DO NOT CARE how dissatisfied I am in my third purchase order. All i want is to simply return the oils they MARKETED AS 36 MISC ESSENTIAL OILS! WHAT THEIR LISTING LACK TO INCLUDE THAT THERE WOULD BE DOUBLE TRIPLE AND QUADRUPLE OF THE SAME OIL MAKING 36 OILS ONLY ACTUALLY BE A VARIETY OF ONLY 16 DIFFERENT OILS. They were leaking and so sticky upon arrival. The packaging was a nightmare! just 36 oils rolling around in a box cardboard box! not secure what so ever! I simply want to return these items because they were terrible quality and the customer service didn't care AT ALL. They basically said you are s*** out of luck because it was a clearance item! sent me screenshots of their clearance return policy! I don't care about any of that. When purchased I was under the assumption that I would be getting a VARIETY of 36 DIFFERENT oils AS THE LISTING STATED WHEN PURCHASING IT!!!!!!!!! This isnt how you treat a customer who has spent HUNDREDS on their site in a matter of a week! I'm STILL waiting for someone to contact me about my missing package! As soon as it arrives im shipping EVERYTHING I bought back and disputing EVERY charge through my bank. A company without CUSTOMER SERVICE is NOT a company that should continue to get business just to rip off people who work HARD for their money. When your product arrives in poor condition and not as advertised it WARRANTS A RETURN! PLEASE DONT BE NAIVE LIKE ME AND SHOP WITH A COMPANY WHO DOESNT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION AND IN FACT FALSE ADVERTISES THEIR PRODUCTS JUST TO STEAL THEIR MONEY!
