    My 2.5 year old son and I were at your ************ location on 05/03/23 during toddler time when I saw him go behind the dodgeball area. When I went to check on him I saw there was a door propped open and immediately knew he left the building. A friend and I ran out the door and didnt see my son anywhere. She went left and I went right, both yelling his name searching. People at the surrounding companies started yelling his name and looking for him as well. A friend went inside to let the staff know there was a missing child. I came back around to the parking lot and he was found between cars. The manager was standing at the door and went back inside. After I gathered myself, my son, and my infant I was walking towards the door where the two staff members were standing and saw the manager come up to them to tell them what happened. They laughed. At no point did a single member on staff ever help or even offer to help. This was obviously not 100% their fault, but their lack of compassion and complete unprofessionalism was astounding. I noticed they at least closed the door so this wouldnt happen to another child, but Ive heard from other parents that theyve experienced similar situations. This location is near a very busy street and my son could have been killed and there was zero assistance from your staff, which I cant stop thinking about. This door should not be left open for various safety purposes. I hope you can help implement better safety measures and perhaps a better protocol when a child goes missing.

    They ruined my son birthday party. No one knew what they were doing. We were lied to by everyone that works there.We came in at 4:30pm for a party and was told we jump for an hour then get party room. Will I went to ask about the room after the hour and they said it was being cleaned and we would have it soon. Well next thing I know someone else party is in that room. So I asked for a manager. That took a good 30 minutes. Was told by manager that we were suppose to jump for an hour then get a room. Well still no room. On our Confirmation email it said 4:30pm. Well then we told we would not get a room till 7pm. That 2 and half hours after the party was suppose to start. We had kids hungry and wanted drink. Still no one could answer us on what we needed to do.They the manager that was there ******, got an attitude with me and my husband cause we were upset that this was not what we were told.So then another lady was going to put us in party room 4. Well the manager came over there and said hang on. They came back and stopped us from going in there and put another party in that room. So that was the 3rd time this had happened. No one would help us after this. Then we were told we would have a party room till 7:30pm will half the party guest have left due to it being late. So I told her to cancel everything because I paid for extra food, drinks everything that would not get eaten. The manager got an attitude with me and said that we couldnt get our money back till Tuesday or Wednesday when a manager came back in.So I had to send everyone home after spending over $600 for my son party. I am beyond upset. My son birthday was so messed up.I could not even jump with my son on his birthday because of everything I was dealing with.And to top it off we were not the only ones having this problem, they had been waiting 2 hours and non of the staff was cleaning room. It was a big mess. No one wanted to help us. No one cared. Now I have to figure someone this else ou
