      We made the mistake of trusting ***********************/Owner of FoamMart. We were having difficulty finding BLACK RETICULATED 30 PPI 1/4'STEREO SPEAKER FOAM. We emailed many places&the response was "we do not sell stereo speaker foam; we do not have BLACK only grey.1. We were thrilled when we contacted ****** on 1/21/24. She responded she had BLACK RETICULATED 30 PPI 1/4FOAM.2. 1/22/24, I ordered the BLACK FOAM OFF THEIR WEBSITE page.With ship/tax it would be: $125.28. 3. 1/23/24-i started feeling uncomfortable the color was going to be wrong. I went on their website and noticed they sold SAMPLES. When I rewrote to ****** to purchase one, her response was:"We do not really have SAMPLES OF THE RETICULATED FOAM. YOU WANT 20 OR 30 PPI? I'm sure that this is the right foam, for your needs...You can return it for a refund minus the cost of the shipping" 1/24/24, 1:39pm 4. received a msg they had BLACK SPEAKER FOAM &my cc was charged $125.28, *** had shipped.5. When I opened the box-someone had SHRINK WRAPPED it so TIGHT, IT TOOK ME 2 DAYS TO PEEL IT OFF.As soon as I opened it I saw IMMEDIATELY, FOAM MART HAD SENT ME CHARCOAL GREY FOAM &NOT BLACK.reassured she carried BLACK, wouldn't ****************, wouldn't check-just made up things for a sale.I sent her photos of the GREY FOAM THEY MISTAKENLY SENT ME, UP AGAINST my BLACK SPEAKERS/BLACK CHAIR. ***********************' response?3/12/94 "I see the foam is more charcoal than black. We do have black...but it also depends on the ppi of the foam & the 30 ppi is more on the CHARCOAL SIDE. But I do believe some is black. When I get into the office on Monday 3/18/24, let me check what we have in stock and get back to you" . Zero after that.maybe since she screwed up, she thought she did not have to refund my money since she did NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT | ORDERED. I asked for a pre-paid shipping label as I would not be using the incorrect product she shipped, I did not want it. 0 **** was contacted-due to the theft of my ********/30/24
