    ******** experience with this company! I have exchanged my dress three times already because they keep sending me a product that has a missing item and then they sent me a product with a stain. When I sent the product with the stain me they literally sent me the exact same product that had the missing item. Their quality assurance is a joke and for them to make up an excuse that they don't open their products before they ship out but yet sent me a product that was opened. ******** customer service that has not resolved my issue and it has been over a month since dealing with this headache. They are very quick to take your money but you want just simply want the product that you saw on the website all of a sudden they can't help. They had three chances to make it right and three times they failed. Now I can't exchange the product that I spent over $150 for a dress that was supposed to be for my wedding. Spend your hard money elsewhere from a business that is better deserving.

    WARNING!! Terrible customer service, sent me shoes that dont fit and refuse to provide a refund or credit so I can return these $100 boots that I cant even wear even after acting like they would let me send back. They are a trash company who clearly doesnt care about their customer, do not shop here!!

    I ordered a dress it was cheaply made. Thin material. Reminds me of a Halloween constume. Can see underwear through. I will not be wearing this. They did not allow me to return and took my negative review off of their website. Was a waste of $. Will not shop there again.

    As a plus size woman who is a fashion fanatic, I deeply appreciate Unique Vintage's beautiful, high quality, AND inclusive inventory. Their clothing and accessories elevate my entire wardrobe and I always get compliments whenever I am wearing something I've purchased from them. It makes me feel so beautiful!Everything I've ever purchased from them has gone above and beyond my expectations when received and only one time have I ever had to return anything -- a jacket that I purchased as a gift for someone else (jacket was amazing, but I just misjudged the size she needed so it was on me). The return process was super simple and they were quick to issue a refund.And as if I didnt love this brand enough, I was excited to learn that the *** is an absolute delight as well. After pre-ordering a fabulous new fall jacket, I received what I assumed was just some automated email from her thanking me for the order and encouraging me to reach out to her personally. I work in marketing and brand management and loved this little touch, so I thought I'd send along a message about how much I love her company and to my surprise and total appreciation, she wrote back almost immediately! ***** and the Unique Vintage team really do care about their customers. Because of this and their commitment to providing quality styles to all sizes, I will be a customer and a huge fan for life!

    Greatest customer service I have ever received! I cannot thank ***** and ****** enough for being so patient with me! Every email inquiry I had (and I had quite a few) were answered promptly and politely, every issue got resolved in time. Shipping overseas took about 14 days, everything went smoothly, they provide a tracking code. This was my first time ordering with them, the prices were suitable for the quality of garments. The package arrived in perfect condition and so did everything inside. The garments are very well made, no scuffs or marks on them. The only thing I noticed at first was a bit of a smell but it went away as soon as I washed the garments. Everything looks and feels great, the clothes are tailored and fit very nicely, the stitching is finished well, the garments even come with an extra button. I'd say I'm absolutely in love with 8/10 pieces I got, the other 2 are only due to a skirt being a bit tight on me and the fabric on a sweater being a bit itchy for my liking, but nothing too dramatic, I'm still going to wear all of them! I was a bit apprehensive because I saw the mixed reviews myself but my own experience was beyond wonderful! Please keep doing this good of a job, I'm sure the reviews will improve as well! I'm looking forward to buying from them again.

    Absolutely top notch customer service! The fact that their CEO/owner makes a genuine effort to be connected to their customers makes all the difference in the world. Its so easy to feel like just another order number with online shopping but they seem dedicated to making the process hassle-free and sincerely care about their customers. Had a small issue (completely my fault!) that was resolved quickly and efficiently in less than 12 hours and was met with understanding. I would highly recommend them and will absolutely order again in the future.

    I've been a years-long repeat shopper at Unique Vintage (for both the website and their cute shop in Cali). So cool they carry such a wide range of *********** especially a fan of their swimsuits, fun tchotchkes/tees, and my fave: the Halloween spooky stuff!!! What a dream! I've had some unbelievably frustrating, nightmare experiences (straight up bait/switch situations) with other scammy websites so I'm definitely loyal and thankful to those that do a great job all around like UV. They just make it easy and fun to buy cute things. Definitely a high recommendation to shop here!

    I LOOOVE Unique Vintage... love their clothes, their style, their collaborations... EVERYTHING. Plus, I always get compliments when I wear UV clothes. I've never had an issue with any of their clothes or items. Great personnel and customer service.

    Unique vintage swimwear is awesome! Super stylish, comfortable, affordable and I love the size inclusiveness. Every time I wear my swimsuit I get so many compliments. The customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend UV! Love it!
