    This review is for the parts center. My experience with them has been horrible every step of the way. I ordered parts for my **** A4 back in December 2023 but never received any email confirmation or tracking number despite both ****** and my credit card company showing that I was charged for the order. I tried calling a countless number of times and was constantly told that the parts center is busy and that I would receive a call back. After nearly 8 months of wasted effort, I finally went in person where I was shocked by how rude the worker at the parts center was. He told me that he "found my story hard to believe." Despite this, I pressed him to find my order, which he did and after speaking with his manager, told me that I would receive a refund once they confirmed that my order was never shipped. I left my email and phone number and once again never received any communications back. After another 2 months, I was finally able to get in touch through their website and now the person I'm speaking with is claiming that they're unable to find my order. Thankfully, I was able to get my money back with the support of ****** and my credit card company. For anything involving parts or service, take your business to **** *************. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with them and they are much more competent and professional.UPDATE: The parts director, ******** M. *********, emailed me saying that he would be unable to assist with my order unless I removed this ****** review. He also implied it's my own fault that this happened for not reaching out over email earlier even though as previously mentioned, I called many times and visited in person as well and experienced rudeness and incompetence from every person that I spoke with. Incredibly unprofessional and shady. Essentially, he expects me to be okay with the fact that they have taken my money and never bothered to even attempt to deliver my order.

    This place is horrible and ******** M. ********* needs to be FIRED! ******** M. ********* sent me a used repackaged part. My order was for 2 new parts for my ****. When i shipped the used part he sent me back to him for a refund he refused to give me my money back, He then accused me of sending him a used speaker and keeping the new one! I also never recieved 2 parts as ******** M. ********* claimed *** only picked up one part forgot to pick up the 2nd part, mind you this was never 2 seperate orders, but it became two different packages because of ******** M. *********** incompetence that he blamed on ***; * I paid for two parts. * Only recieved one used part * Sent it back i ******** M. ********* would not refund me for the used part he sent me or the part i never recieved. * I also paid $50 for expedited shipping on my original order. * ******** M. ********* made me pay for the return shipping cost. I spent a bunch of money and recieved nothing i ordered nor did i recieve a refund. Then ******** M. ********* threatened to call the *** on me if i did not stop asking for my money back. threatened to call the *** on me if i did not stop asking for my money back.

    I received the email that my key arrived on Dec 14th after 5 month's waiting. I called Porsche Burlingame and tried to make a service appointment. But their service department is very unprofessional and rude. First, they asked me whether the key was there or not. I answered yes and I received an email from them. They put me on hold and checked. And then they mentioned that they did not find it. I mentioned I have received the email. So they transferred my call to the parts departments and I talked to them myself. They found the key so they transferred my phone back to the service department. The person in the service department became very impatient and asked me who I talked to and who said my key was in. I replied they did not give me the name. The person said she needed my VIN number to make an appointment. I replied please give me 10 minutes, no, sorry, 10 seconds. I took like 5 seconds to find it and read it back to her. She just said I did not have time for you and hung up my call. I was very upset about the experience! I was surprised by what just happened! Unbelievably bad experience! I cannot imagine. I hope I never went to the Porsche Burlingame store.
