I spent 8.99 twice for in game purchases for my game *************. I spent 8.99 twice on two different accounts for prop packs for the game. The money was taken from my Apple Pay account but I didn't receive my props on either account. I have reached out to crowdstar/covet fashion/ea sports for support with NO response. So then I reached out to ***** to get my money back and they denied my claim. Either I want my money back or my props deposited into both my accounts.Initial Complaint

On Jan 12, 2025 I accidentally purchased a skirt to enter a challenge for Covet Fashion. The game was $8500 but was really supposed to be $850. ***** took my money and I then realized it was listed as $8500. I immediately sent a ticket to covets help desk asking for a refund for this unused garment and asked them if the price was an error. After ********************************************************* for bringing it to their attention and that the skirt was in fact $850. I was told my refund would need to be approved by the team. For the next 3 days I have continuously asked for my refund either $8500 and take the skirt back or the difference of $7650. I keep being told to stay tuned but they still have not issued a refund and close my help ticket although the problem is still not been resolved. In the past they have issued refunds within 24 hours. Design Home game --- I made some purchases inside the game via Tapjoy and collected about 1 million diamonds to use on the game (plus some that I still had left over from another purchase) between 05/25 and 05/28. On 05/30 they game had a glitch where one of their events of which you pay to participate was giving more rewards than usual and all the players were collecting those rewards and ended up of rewards. In order to resolve the issue they released some sneaky messages on the game that if you clicked on they would take away all the rewards you collected. Players started noticing this and advising other not to click on the messages. The game noticed players were not clicking on the messages anymore but they didn't want to keep the rewards we collected because of the glitch, so they went ahead and wipe out almost everybody's account putting players back to 0 or even negative balance of diamonds, the problem is that in doing so they also took away all the diamonds that players paid for with their own money without a care in the world. I've been messaging their customer service for days now and not only they take 24 hours or more to reply to each messages as they do no read our messages and are not giving us back the rewards we paid for.Initial Complaint

I have been playing this game for several years. After reaching a high level/standing in the game and spending several hundred dollars, and acquiring a large amount of inventory to use as I continue playing, I logged in today to find that everything I had accumulated has been wiped out, and I am now designated as a "new player!! It took years to accumulate what I had earned and cost me hundreds of dollars (my choice) to acquire what I had. I will be contacting my bank to hopefully reverse the charges made in May. I certainly won't be playing this game any longer and will strongly caution people against playing.Initial Complaint

After spending money for an offer to win diamonds to compete in the Design Home game this company is withholding my reward even after sending proof. I'm not sure how this company is allowed to take money from consumers but not answer complaints from consumers. A D rating and they're still allowed to operate and scam people? I have sent every type of proof for completing this offer that cost me ***** of real money. Proof and more proof. They don't care. It's profit for them for people to spend money and don't reward players. I'm going to see what steps need to be taken to remove this game from the iOS platform. The pictures attached are still not proof enough to pay my reward. Shows date of purchase, what I purchased, how much I spent, and order status. After achieving the trendsetter million dollar **** I was not rewarded. I've reached out several times and I'm owed 5000 diamonds and a ***** dollar bracelet. I've cleared my cache 20 times and still no prizes. I've sent an email and another email showing the issue and NO response. How are they able to take your money but don't have to answer to complaints or give a resolution to the problem? My profile/account with hundreds of designs and hundreds of dollars spent to create them has disappeared. The Design Home app was frozen, so as I have done in the past, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, which deleted everything! It's like my whole profile was deleted. My profile name is ********** and my designer number is **********. The email associated with this profile is ************************ After reinstallation the game went back to Level 1 and had me start a whole new game, which I do not want. I've spent so much time/money on this game and it's just gone. I've emailed them numerous times and haven't received a response. Purchased items in game that were taking later. Reached out showed proof that I had the items at one time. Was told that was not enough info and I needed to tell them when I bought them. Hello, I am requesting help on getting a response from the issues on a game in ****** Play Store called Design Home, I have emailed,called and no response,I had a issue with the design bubbles missing, the bubble issue was fixed and it was suggested to reboot I have on another issue uninstalled and reinstalled,and had no issues with my info coming back. This time doing the uninstalling and installing, as per Design Home I did that and my app came back as a new app not the one I have played for 7 years all my info did not come back ... I am upset about this ********** went into my Design Home app and said he saw 2 emails and per his suggestion to find out the email that was originally used to download and play the Design Home app...he felt it may be a email issue. I have spent over $5,000 on the game Covet Fashion, the company does illegal online gambling, open for all ages, including people who are under the age of 18. They are very inconsistent with giving results, rewards, prizes, all of which create money in the game and to level up by closet value. I have a top account, so this makes this Grand Theft and Illegal Online Gambling
