    In June 2019, I backed iKuddle on kickstarter for an automatic litter cleaner. After raising over $1,000,000, iKuddle provided updates as to why shipment of items was "delayed" on a frequent basis and why they couldn't commit to meeting deadlines. During this time, they continued to accept orders and continue raising funds. IKuddle had been reached out to by a large number of backers, myself included, and all communications would be cut off when asked about a refund or about canceling the order. IKuddle stopped responding to all correspondence, their kickstarter was deactivated, and their website lists all products as "sold out". This company is not transparent with the lack of providing products and has misled customers to the point of fraud. Over ***** people purchased these litterboxes at about $400 each and will never recieve a product. Consumers need to be warned of the fraudulent nature of this company. I have made numerous attempts to request a refund but communication is always cut off upon mentioning it. With zero response since August 2021 and the recent deactivation of the kickstarter (I was hopeful until then) it is clear this was a scam product advertised solely for the theft of funds.************************************************************************************************************************************************* ***********************************
