    We've had our 3-person sauna for eight years. My wife loves it, and it still looks awesome in our backyard. It gets a lot of use. The *** panel is starting to get a bit hard to read, so we decided to replace it. The support from the Enlighten folks was excellent. We simply sent a few photos of the electronics under the sauna bench and the *** panel and they identified new electronics which have been updated since our sauna was built. I was given the support number for assistance with installation and was told to call anytime should I want more information or help. Professional and pleasant. Thank you.

    So far no sauna after 22 weeks of waiting. 8-10 weeks is less than truthful. Ours is apparently somewhere in the Pacific ocean "approaching" the **** which means a few more weeks at best.I will update this post once we actually receive what we ordered.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANTY. Not an outdoor sauna. As another reviewer stated, parts start deteriorating and leaking within months. Wood is rotting. No response from the company after a few dozen attempts via phone and email. ***** a terrible company. Im beginning legal action. Please save yourself the headache and buy from a reputable company.

    ****CRIMINAL*****Advertise as heaters being compliant in the ** but the one we received was not. Tried to convince us it was compliant via voicemail when we raised it but wouldnt put it in writing. Agreed after being th restarted to replace the heater but only if we returned the non compliant one. We sent that back weeks ago and have no update on when well receive a compliant heater. ******

We do offer UL-listed heaters as an option for an additional charge, which was not selected at the time of purchase. However, the standard heater provided is compliant with US electrical standards.We understand your concern regarding compliance, and we are pleased to confirm that the replacement heater we provided is both US-compliant and UL-listed, as per your request. This replacement was sent to you at no additional charge and delivered on Saturday, January 04, 2025, and we are glad to have resolved this matter.We regret any confusion that may have occurred during the communication process, and we assure you that our goal is always to adhere to safety standards.Finally, we would like to emphasize to all of the customers reading this review that all of our Infrared heaters are UL-listed and fully compliant with US electrical standards.We apologize for any delays in communication or frustration caused, but we want to reassure future customers that we are committed to resolving issues promptly and professionally.     Company has refused to refund me over $5,000 that they continue to say they're "working on". I've worked with many sauna companies and this is by far the shadiest. Absolutely do not buy from this company. I'll be taking legal action next unless I receive my refund.

    We purchased 4 saunas. 1 for our home and the 3 others for our grown children. Our deliveries were also delayed and ****** did her best to keep us updated. Once all of the saunas were delivered there have been few problems, and those few problems were handled fairly promptly by customer service. However, these problems were handled by suggesting we do the work and bill enlighten for reimbursement. We did resolve our issues with the on phone support of Enlighten customer service at our expense but honestly it was not a big deal and we just want our sauna to work. Our recent issues, however, is one that we can not fix ourselves and require a part be sent to us be Enlighten and all of a sudden there is no response whatsoever from Enlighten. We have put up with a lot and were willing to do the work and now we have a sauna that can not be used because it does not get hot. We have had a licensed electrocution help us at the encouragement of Arman (Enlighten ****************** Arman spoke with our electrition for over an hour and I was worried that what Arman had our electriction do might void our warranty. No realizing our warranty was no the issue. We have had our saunas for less than 1 year and should still be under warranty but I can not get anyone to respond, send me the part Arman says we need. I have texted, called, and emailed all Enlighten contacts I have and still no response. WE NOW HAVE A SAUNA THAT DOES NOT HEAT. OWNED IT FOR LESS THAN 1 YEAR. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    3 things to think about with these folks... with a zero rating if possible 1- the outdoor sauna needs to be coated 2-3 times a year if in the sun... most of the hardware on the unit rusts in less than 6months, and the rot starts in 12 months. So simply this is NOT an outdoor sauna.2- There is really NO organized way to get spare parts; immediately after the warranty expired the controller stopped working, and I have been texting back and forth with a nameless tech to get an answer on parts availability and after 4-5 weeks we still can get anything ordered.. frustrating.3. I would not buy from these folks again, full stop.

    As soon as you enter this glamorous sanctuary, the gentle cedar aroma and radiant warmth relax both mind and body. Clever hybrid heating perfectly combines instant infrared rays with traditional sauna stones for the ideal balance of heat therapies. Though spacious enough for four, I blissfully retreat here alone to decompress and heal sore muscles while surrounded by the healing glow of ******** red cedar. The modern glass upgrades bathe the pristine interior in sunlight, bringing the outside forest inside. After just one week of use, this Diamond 4 Peak product from Enlighten Sauna quickly became my daily refuge for self-care that I cant live without.
