            I MADE A PURCHASE AT THIS SAINT LAURENT OUTLET STORE AT CABAZON WITH ASHLEY, WHICH THE AMOUNT IS $2,791. IT WAS A CHARGE SENT. THE PACKAGE IS SUPPOSED TO DELIVER TO A UPS STORE FOR ME TO BE PICKED UP. BUT THE UPS REJECTED MY PACKAGE AFTER A FEW DAYS THEY SIGNED FOR THE PACKAGE. THE PACKAGE WAS MISSING WHEN IT WAS ON THE WAY RETURNING BACK TO SHIPPER. THE CABAZON STORE OPEND A CLAIM FOR ME AND IT WAS REJECTED BECAUSE FEDEX SAID IT WAS DELIVERED. BUT I CALLED FEDEX TELLING THEM THE PACKAGE WAS REJECTED AND THEY INVESTIGATED THE CASE, THEY SUGGESTED ME TO CONTACT THE SHIPPER TO CALL THEM TO REFILE THE CALIM AND PROVIDE THE PROOF FOR THE VALUE OF THE PACKAGE. BUT *****, THE STORE DIRECTOR REFUSED TO DO SO, SHE ASSITS THAT THE CLAIM IS CLOSE AND SHE WILL NOT CONTACT FEDEX FOR THE CALIM. I AM VERY DISAPPOITED WITH THE WAY SHE HANDLES MY CASE AND HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE BY HER ATTITUDE. I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE UPPPER LEVEL IN SAINT LAURENT TO TAKE CARE OF MY CASE AND JUST SPEND A FEW MINUTES TO CAL FEDEX, SO THEY KNOW THEY CAN REOPEN A CLAIM, SUBMIT THE INVOICE AND THEY WILL GET REIMBURSED BY FEDDEX AND I CAN GET THE REFUND.
