Date: 10/22/21 Order #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX I placed a takeout order. When I arrived home to eat the food, the order was wrong. I called the store back and the receptionist transferred my call to the bakery, while I sat on-hold for 15 minutes. When someone finally answered, I explained the issue and asked if I could return the food and have the order corrected. I was informed that this was not possible because the restaurant was very busy and no manager was available to speak with me. The employee took my name and number and said that a manager would get back to me as soon as possible. Once again, I asked if I could simply have the order corrected so I could come back and get the correct order and the employee informed me that I would have to wait for a manager. The manager never contacted me that evening. A manager never contacted me the following day. I called again today, Sunday, and asked for a manager. My call was transferred while I waited on-hold for 15 minutes. The call eventually was terminated by the restaurant and I never was able to speak to a manager. This is the third time I have had this problem with this restaurant and each time, I have never received a response, exchange or refund.Initial Complaint

10/04/2021 i purchased a gift card to be emailed to me the same it never came. I reached out to see where it was didn't hear back from them till the next day services were not provided the day they were supposed to and they will not refund my money.Initial Complaint

I ordered dessert from the company and for the second time, dessert contents were all over the container and completely melted. The service is offered to so I would like to see the dessert stay in it's uniformed presentation.This has not happened before. The last two purchases were awful. In my first experience I reported the issue to the manager and the manager had new desserts delivered to me. I did not report the second occurrence because I feel as though no one cares. Its very hard to travel for my 7 kids & I due to terminal cancer. We decided to go to the cheesecake factory for my daughters 14th bday as a special celebration. We had to wait 60 min just for a table on Sept 9th 2021 this past Thursday. Once we got to the table we got an amazing server ******* & we ordered our drinks & food. My 15 yr old son ordered a ******** **** ****** & some ******* ******** which were ********** it was old seltzer water with 1 cherry they said their sprite ran out **** & we ordered our food, all of a sudden my sons lip bled out if nowhere we only had drinks & bread made no sense then my son Noticed his glass was broken & when he sipped it it cut his lip. OMG I reported it & then the house mgr came over & instead of asking if we're ok how can they help he interrogated my *** asking him if he drank out of the straw why he drink from the glass offered a bandaid for his lip. HORRIBLE SERVICE - i paid 253.00 for our food & refused to stay or ever go again REFUND ASAPInitial Complaint

Bartender seen engaging in unhealthful and unsanitary practices. Returned straight from outdoors to work station without sanitization; smoking, socializing Silverware, dishes and supplies appeared to have been sabotaged with foreign matters not specific to human body, like some type of ******* and ********** added to food to ************* ******** male ******** female ******** plant ***** *** without specification from consumer ****** ****** payment card with automatic withdrawal not returned/switched as last 3 numbers are out of sequence, card also time out due to multiple extractions (ran over 10 times the amount of bill), card switched with other person's card and my incapacitation rendered me to use up to my allotment on other card, bartender is ********** fraud ************ ********** ********** bills so they do not add up to appropriate tax or total amount *********** ********* with ************ yet she is the one ********** consumer "I'll put you in jail if you do not pay!"Initial Complaint

I was in on Saturday August 14th 2021 at about 6:46 pm. We ordered chicken Alfredo where the chicken was dry and wasn't edible, the noodles were over cooked, the Alfredo tasted watered down. We also ordered a burger that was charcoal outside and raw inside. We did not finish either. As it was over and undercooked. *** URGENT 4th request *** I have already filed 3 complaints & got no reply (7/20, 7/27, 8/6/21). I know Cheesecake Factory is known for it's splendid service & upscale dining experience. Unfortunately, we had one of the WORST dining experience on July 18, 2021 at 'Memorial City Mall, ******************************************************* - Even though we had online reservations they made us wait. We were disappointed, but decided to overlook. - Once seated, we were served 'rock hard' bread that we could not even bite unless we want to risk breaking our teeth. So we waited till we got some food & maybe dip the bread in gravy to make it soft & palatable. - We ordered Steak medallion & Tuscan chicken. It took forever for the food to come. Even our waiter commented that it is taking very long. Remember, we were starving & could not even eat the bread while waiting because it was too hard. - A LOT MORE PROBLEMS - because of limited space here - please see attached file for detail.Initial Complaint

On 8/06/2021 around 6: 15 pm my family and myself were seated to dine at the bar area regardless of my request to not be seated there. I requested to both a female and male host to be seated elsewhere, to which my request was denied because I refused to be put back on the waitlist. My family and I had already waited more than 40 minutes to be seated, I did not feel that putting me back on the waitlist was the best solution. At the time of my request there was many available tables for my family to be seated. I was very specific not to be seated at the bar due to my three kids being minors, but that was dismiss because the hostess insisted my table was not in the bar are which was later confirmed by the restaurant manager that in fact the table where I was seated at was situated in the bar. The tables that I requested to be seated at were later taken by another party similar to mine. There was a lengthy discussion with the manager where I feel she was being dismissive of my concerns.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Cheesecake Factory on Saturday august 7th it was a online order for pick up. I got my order home I ordered 2 Caesar salads and 1 ranch bbq chicken salad the lettuce on all 3 salads were brown a couple of pieces were had black spots on the the shrimp I added to one of the salads smelled horrible I called and spoke to the manager about the problem he tried me make it seem like I was lying didn't want to fix my problem at all told me to bring my items back so he could look at them. I had a problem like this before I bought an item with chicken and there were some pieces of chicken that were not cooks at all at this same location. After I spoke with the manager he didn't resolve anything maybe an hr later my mom passed out and fell I had to call the ambulance she was rushed to emergency due to food poisoning.
