      FoggyFly is one of the airline reservation companies listed with CheapAir.com. They advertise prices for flights, take the payment, then call you to tell you that the flight you paid for is not available or confirmed, and you have to take terrible flights and pay more, and you can't cancel with them or you will still get charged the original amount. This company is completely deceptive, and should be put out of business.

      Booked a flight that was business class. Went to the airport only to be told that cheapoair only booked economy. Called them and they keep insisting it was a glitch in their system but what I paid for was only economy when clearly my booking confirmation says business. I will never use this site again.

      Hi,I had requested cheap air to edit my name on my existing ticket.I have called them multiple time but there is. O positive feedback.They are asking me $4800 for that .Which unreasonable.

      I booked a flight in Feb 2023 for July 2023 and the agent told me I could cancel and receive credit. When I called to cancel the ticket in July the agent told me I had 1 year to rebook that ticket and use credit. So in Feb 2024 I tried to call and they told me my credit was expired. When I told them that their agent said I had a year to book they said "we will have to submit a listening request to listen to the conversation so check back in a couple days." When I checked back, the agent could not find any listening requests made for my query. Not only are they unwilling to help but they also keep arguing that they sent an email and that email is more significant than the phonecall from THEIR representative. So technically the agent can tell you anything, and you have to read every email because even if the agent is inaccurate, they will not take any measures for the inconvenience they caused or mistakes on their agent's part.

      CheapAir.com (both the corporation and LLC) has been avoiding service in my wife's divorce proceeding for four months already. Its addresses for service of process online (**************************************************************************** OR *****************************************************************) are not valid. We also attempted service on *****************, the LLC's agent for service of process, at his residence (**********************************************************************************). My wife is not suing ********; she simply seeks information on her ex-husband's account with ********. She has the account number and his name. Her ex-husband used CheapAir for travel purchase because the Company has accepted Bitcoin for many years, and he liked to pay in Bitcoin. How can she serve CheapAir successfully?

      I have an exciting ticket and I called to change the ticket. The first agent claimed that there was an airline change fee and the second agent claimed that I have only one way ticket. The third agent, after spending an hour on the phone he hung up on the phone on **** bought expensive airline tickets and I was told they are expensive because they are amidst the highest of season (June and July). My travel plans were changed and when I called to change they told me the Fair Difference is $2000. I called the airline to confirm the numbers and they said that my tickets are cheaper for the new dates. Therefore, not only should I not be paying anything but I should be get a refund of money.

      I apologize with any frustration with the booking changes. I tried to research your matter but I could not locate any booking with the name *********************** or using the email, ********************. Are you perhaps contacting the wrong company? We are CheapAir.com, no O in our name. We often get confused with CheapO air or CheapFlights. If you have your 10-digit booking number that begins with a 2 we can research your changes fees. 

      Unfortunately, most airlines do have a fee to change flights, and flight changes are based off current fares in most cases. However we do our best to advice of cheaper options when possible and the service you received doesn't sound typical of CheapAir.com's customer service agents. 

      If the booking was made with us we would need the name as booked or the booking number to locate it. If it was not booked with us, we would appreciate if you would delete this complaint.

      Hi, there isn't much information on this complaint but it does lead to booking where the customer requested a cancelation on nonrefundable tickets. The tickets were sold as nonrefundable per the airline rules. That is not our policy but the airline's policy and we must adhere to it. The customer stated the request was due a medical emergency which we sympathize with. However, we have to submit medical proof to the airline to see if they will waive their refund policy for those reasons. We are happy to help with this procedure but cannot guarantee the outcome. If the passenger obtained insurance for their flights they can also try going through their policy. We wish we could help further but our website does advise this fare type is nonrefundable for the reason that we cannot refund flights unless the airline permits it. Whenever possible we try to accommodate passenger requests.

      Unfortunately, the airline rules only allow for a refund 24-hours after the booking is made, as it was stated at purchase on our website. Per our records you requested the cancelation days after this grace ****** and the airline is no longer permitting us to refund your flights. 

      If you are requesting for a refund due to medical reasons or any emergency reason covered by your insurance policy you may try to reach Travel Guard for a refund.

      Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this in hopes we can finally have a amicable closure and to receive thefull refund on the air travel tickets that we were unable to use due to the airport closure at the time of set travel. My sister ********* ****** and I are reaching out to you as a last resort to correct this issue in our favor. On 10/23/21 tickets were purchased through Cheap Flights Fair ****** **** along with travel insurance to travel from *** **** in the amt of ******** via ********** Departure date 11/30/21; return ******** Upon arrival to **** the desk clerk was unable to issue the boarding passes *** us due to airport closure in *** due to ****** We were told to call Cheap Flights and see if we can change the airports (while still waiting at *** check in counter). While on the phone , we were notified that all the airports in Austria just closed and we could not travel. We were also told we cannot rebook by either ********* nor Cheap Air; so we were denied. Cheap Air told my sister to call the ********* Air and provide the ticket (XXXXXXXXXXXXX) and that a voucher (code ******* in the amt of ********* We were told NO by ********* saying that they do not do such things and to call the insurance co that we purchased the insurance. We have been redirected from numerous personnel at ********* Cheap Air and Insurance company. Everyone said a different thing and yet no one really knew the answer. This has been going on for numerous months without any resolution and we lost the opportunity to travel. Our primary purpose for travel was to see our father who's health had been declining that year and has *********** ********* We had to purchase yet another tickets last year -again paid additionally over ** since we have not received the refund- we were still waiting to get the answers re the refund. Or email : ********************** This is with regard to my full refund of a full to and fro flight ticket I bought through cheapair agency. I am getting frustrated because there is no one to talk to about my situation. ******** is not acting right. I need you to stop being evasive of serious customer service concerns and take some responsibility when these problems are unresolved. I need you to direct me on what the process of refund will be . This is seriously unacceptable your behavior. I was at airport on time yesterday ********** to return to the *** from *************** as per my ticket return date and time. Brussels air refused that I could not travel with that return ticket and that I needed to buy a one way return and request a refund from ******** for both the original trip from ********** which I did not complete the journey from ***** to ******** and also my return to *** recently.
