    There website says "US sales tax, non-profits, and for-resale purchases CafePress collects and remits sales taxes to locations where we are required to by law." The law in ** is that clothing is non-taxable, yet they do tax the customer on clothing. I questioned this and was advised I would have to get the money back from **. Their practice is deceptive. They DO NOT make it clear when you make a purchase.

    We are set up to do everything we can to insure that tax requirements in all states are followed and it appears that the information you received was incorrect from our service agent.
