    I placed an order on 9/11/23 for a couch and a dining table. The guy who sold it to me ********* who at the time of the purchase seemed to be polite and curtious told me that I would be receiving the items in 3 weeks we are at 2 months now and I have not received anything. After multiple call attempts without success I was able to get In contact with him and told me that I had to wait another month to obtain what I ordered. I expressed discontent and told him that it was unprofessional from their part not to notify and that I as they client had to chase them and get the run around to get an answer. He stated its impossible to be updated and provide updates to all customers about their order and that it was not his fault that the order has not arrived. I am still waiting for my order to arrive. Worst experience I have had.

    Transaction was made on February 20th 2022. I purchased with them a dining table and chair set and was told the table would take a couple of weeks to get delivered but no more than 6 weeks. We are on the 9th week and they keep telling me they dont know when and told me to try again the next day or the day after. After calling them back *********** like they said theyre now ignoring my requests to get a call back from the manager or at least the person that sold us the furniture. I now just want my money back.

    On October 30,2021 I had purchased $5,311.83 (order # ****) of furniture from Discount Furniture Warehouse in ********, **. The attached photo clearly ****** free delivery and assembly. The salesman had me sign to receiving the merchandise the day of purchase. Today is February 25, 2022. Without any communication and after all this time I thought the furniture warehouse had stole my furniture. The warehouse dumped boxes all over my front yard today. I dont know what Im receiving and if anything is damaged because they just threw everything off the truck. Again, the order states free assembly and nothing was assembled. Nothing was even placed inside my home. Left exposed outside in the front yard. I dont want to deal with this warehouse anymore and I want my money back. I dont know what they damaged when dumping the boxes all over my front yard and blocking the entrance into my house. Horrible, rude, and very unprofessional place that calls themselves a business. I want all merchandise returned and want my money back.
