    My order never arrived and I didn’t have a retirement gift for the person we ordered it for! It was awkward! I emailed this company with no response, not positive they are still in business?!? Luckily I was able to get a refund directly through my credit card company. It was an obvious mistake to order through this company!

    Ordered a gift basket with three specific bottles of ale. NONE of those were shipped/delivered. What was shipped was not remotely equivalent. Fraudulent advertising and underhanded business.

    All they do is spam you with unsolicited emails all day every day. Based on that alone, I would never ever do business with such a company. Based on the other reviews of this company neither shipping nor refunding placed orders, it only makes sense that they also violate the CAN-SPAM act.

    A complete rip off and can't even give them a one star because what I ordered was not delivered. My nephew sent a picture and yes I contacted them and have not heard a word. I live in California and thought I was ordering from a craft brewery in Kansas a few blocks from my nephew. My name was not even on it and because it was from California he thought it was me or he would not even have known. In my order bottles became cans and very little variety. On top of it all they charged almost $50.00 to send it. This company is a good idea but not worth it. Its a shame to be taken this way on the holidays.

    I was so excited to find Bro Basket when looking for Christmas ideas. I actually spent a lot of time researching gift ideas and this was perfect! ! The recipient likes whiskey so I googled to make sure the brands included were popular which to my surprise they were. They were all very good, prestigious brands! I couldn’t wait for him to get it! It arrived right on time! However my excitement was short-lived! He sent me a picture stating it arrived and I was so disappointed to see that what I thought I was sending had been substituted with much cheaper brands. There was a huge price difference in what was sent versus what was advertised. I was heartbroken and immediately sent him a pic of what he was suppose to get. It was a sad day when he he informed me I had been “jipped”. So it’s a great gift idea but don’t substitute a cheaper company when you place your order!

    I ordered a gift for Fathers Day. It neve to arrived. I was told I would get a refund 3 times now after 2 months. Still no refund. I’m out $120.
